Ciel's Little Sister

Chapter 3

"Are you sure you're going to be ok?" Ciel asks

"of course" Rose relies "Mey-rin is going to be with me so you don't need to worry"

Ciel nods "Right then, be careful"

Rose hugs her brother before climbing into the carriage "bye bye big brother, I'll see you soon"

Ciel waves goodbye, once the carriage is out of sight Ciel heads back inside his manor. Rose is leaving the manor for a few days, Ciel was worried sick, he barely ever lets her leave his sight. The world is a dangerous place and it can take her away when he least expects it just like his parents.

While Rose was gone Ciel's fiancé Elizabeth came to visit. While there she made Ciel have a ball. When he refused to wear the ring she bought him she broke his ring in anger. Ciel was angry but claimed he was still had of the house without the ring, they made up then he and Lizzy danced all night.

After sending Elizbeth back home Sebastian was able to fix Ciel's ring and give it back to him. The next day Ciel got a letter from the queen, Rose should be heading home the next day, they'll head out after she gets home.

"Ciel I'm home" Rose called out as she walked in with Mey-rin

"Good, then we can leave" Ciel said from the top of the stairs

"Already, but I just got here" Rose whined

Ciel held up the letter with the queen's seal on it "Yes but the queens guard dog and cat have a job to do"

"Fine" Rose agreed

Sebastian, Rose, and Ciel arrive at the London townhouse.

"I hate this. There are too many people in London" Ciel complains

"There is no helping it my lord. It's tradition for the nobility to migrate on mass to town from the country every season" Sebastian says

"I have a headache" Rose whined holding her head

"Getting away from the manor could prove a nice change of pace. It's a break from those four at least. We can enjoy a little peace and quiet for a time" Sebastian said as they walked into the manor

"Some peace and quiet does sound nice" Ciel agreed

They walked into a room to see it a mess, Madam red and Lau were in there.

"Urgh. Goodness sake. Where do they keep the tea in this house?" Madam red questioned

"I cant find it either" Lau said

"Madam Red, Lu? Why are you here?" Ciel questioned

The two turned their attention to them, now noticing they arrived.

"Oh Rose, Ciel, my darlings you're here early" Madam Red said stopping what she was doing

"there goes my peace and quiet" Rose whined

Lau smiled "Your sudden appearance here in town must mean, the queens guard dog and pet cat have a new scent to follow"

"Yes, he struck again, another prostitute was found gruesomely murdered in white chapel. These killings are far from normal. The level of violence we're seeing is unprecedented" Ciel explained

"The most recent victim was a woman named, Mary Anne Nickles. It appears there was a special type of blade used on her. She was torn up beyond recognition" Rose says

Ciel nodded "The murderers distinctive style of killing has earned him a unique nickname from the press. Jack The Ripper" 

"A frightening name, eh?" Lau questions
