Walking out onto the balcony, he tested out his recent axiom. He yanked his telescope out of the camera accessory. Then he angled the telescope toward the sky.

"Not there, no, not there. Hmmm"

He backed away from the telescope. Wiping away sweat he looked at the sky and made an L shape with his hand. He carefully angled it at the position of where Ara Phoroneus had been sighted and then resumed looking through the telescope.

"Interesting, and just have to screw this! in. Hmmm, yes And. AHHHHHHH!"

Pssst! A stream of light came through the telescope. He recoiled backward and screamed in pain. He looked at the sky which was now red. Panicking he ran inside his home. His pupils dilated with the darkness. He looked around his house was filled with the red light. Cringing, he closed his fragile eyes. All he could see was red. He curled up into a fetal position.

"My eyes!", he grunted in pain and bit his tongue.

"Are being dissected!"

Acid streamed through his eyes and his retinas lit on fire. It had felt like hornets had dug a hole in his eye and laid their offspring in the hole.

"Why! why!"

He breathed heavily and curled up tighter. After a few minutes, the red from his eyes faded away.  His crusty eyes opened and blinked. The room was back to its normal color. He went to the kitchen and got himself an icy glass of water. The ice-cooled his tongue and relaxed his eyes. Then his computer beeped. He swiveled his eyes to his computer.

On the computer screen, there was a new message from his friend.

"Why did you say that Aliens were the source of shockwaves?"

He typed in his reply.

"What!"

Ding!

"Here take a look."

Ding!

"Oh,  I didn't say these things."

Ding!

"Ha, Ha. Oh, man. But then what did you say?"

Ding!

"Oh, I said something about how the tremors occurred"

Ding!

"Oh. Why aliens though?"

Ding!

"Oh, Shockwave's I guess"

Ding!

"Wait, you supported the Shockwave theory?"

Ding!

"Yes, so what is your theory about the tremors?"

Ding!

"I thought it was the asteroid."

Ding!

"But, there was no visible asteroid found."

Ding!

"Yes, but there were earthquakes and a whole tsunami."

Ding!

"No, but an asteroid that affects the whole world would've caused more than just that!"

Ding!

"But, the tremors were not too big and how could you explain the noise?"

Ding!
