Logan was waiting at Virgil and theirs favorite date place. A wooden bench by a simple duck pond. They had a little baggy full of oats and occoasinally threw a few into the lake, watching the ducklings race to the oats.

They perked up as Virgil sat besides them, holding out a coffee. "Hey, Lo," Virgil placed a simple kiss to Logans forehead, a smile on his face.

"Greetings, Virgil, how was your morning?" Logan tugged the sleeves of their turtleneck over their hands, holding the coffee and sipping it softly.

"Annoying, what about yours?" Virgil leaned back, taking a swig of coffee, his feet crossing at the ankles as he looked at Logan.

"Adequate," The two fell into a comfortable silence, Logan eventually resting their head on their boyfriends shoulder, taking out his phone and reading an e-book he had recently purchased, answering Virgils questions about the story.

"Theirs nothing I enjoy more then time like this with you," he admitted, playing with Logans curly black hair.

"Thats good to hear, because I feel the same," Logan turned off their phone, looking up at Virgil with a soft smile. Thats how Virgil knew now was the perfect time.

"Theirs someone I want you to meet, Lo...someone who I'd be interstered in...introducing to our relationship,"

holy shit that was too forward Logan was gonna break up with him-

"Oh? As in?" Logan tilted their head. "A...polymoarus relationship, yes? I belive we discussed this before..."

"We have, and you said you were okay with it...I haven't told the guy- Roman- anything, we're not even friends really- just accquantiences, thats why I want you two to meet before I do anything," Virgil mumbled, smiling awkwardly at Logan, who nodded in understanding.

"I wouldn't be opposed to a brunch meeting...this Sunday?"

"Thank you, Lo!" Virgil hugged Logan, so grateful he had the most amazing datemate.

The next day, Roman was moping around the café. He was less energetic then usual, it was like his whole world came crashing down.

Until the door opened and in walked Virgil, he smiled as he walked to the counter, leaning over it to talk to Roman. "Hey, Prince,"

"Emo, the usual?" Virgil frowned a bit, Roman was so...dull.

"Yup- but also, what are you doing this Sunday?" Virgil couldn't help the soft grin, leaning forward slightly. Romans face twisted into a grimace.

"Don't you have a partner?"

"Yeah, but they want to-"

"I refuse to be some side hoe-"

"Roman, listen-"

"I thought you were better then-"

"Roman!" Virgil snapped infront of Romans face. "My partner and I want to meet you, me and them have talked about a polyamorus relationship, you dunce," Romans face fell, a soft pink rising to his cheek.

"Ah...well, then, yes, I'm free Sunday," Roman made Virgils coffee, writing his number down on the lid. "...Sorry,"

"It's okay," Virgil paid, taking his coffee, glancing at Roman. "Its kinda cute, actually,"

Roman has never been redder then he was in that moment.
