Welcome to my Monkee Men AU! I started this with a buddy of mine (Sponks#1657 on discord) and I have grown to love it so much!
Essentially this AU of the Monkee Men is if they had powers! It took me about a month of role playing as these guys in stories to figure out all their powers and what weakness they have, as well as their back stories (which I will write in a chapter for each of them eventually).
Anyways, I'll go over the powers and weaknesses of each of them in here as well as any information you may need about them.
Let's begin!
DAVY JONES

Power(s): His power is the ability to grow and shrink at will!
Weaknesses: His ability does take a lot of energy out of him if used constantly. This all depends on how rapidly he uses this ability and how much he shrinks/grows. He also can't grow in any 'containers'. For example, he can't grow bigger than a room as it is closed and he would destroy the foundation of it if grown big enough.
Other Info: Another side effect of this power is that it can reflect his emotions, mostly those of fear. When Davy gets frightened or stressed, he can began to uncontrollably shrink. Once he catches on to it, he can have a chance to stop it by calming himself down. Sometimes though, his feelings overpower him.
Science of Height and Weight: Okay, I'm adding this in because I use this a lot when role playing and writing about Davy and his superpower.
When Davy is small, roughly about the size of a quarter (1 inch), he gains more abilities. For example, Davy can jump super high, not get hurt from falling at any height, move much faster, and be able to lift up to 50 times his weight (at this size, roughly one pound). This is all science I have looked into to try and gain a more accurate sense of Davy's state. If this is something you guys are fascinated in, comment and I will add it in!
When Davy is huge (roughly 20 feet tall), he begins to gain more weaknesses. For example, he can't lift as much (proportional to his weight) and he is slower in his movements. Again, this is science I've looked into, if you are interested in understanding and hearing about this, comment on this and I will add a deeper explanation.
MICKY DOLENZ

Power(s): He has many powers all relating to energy!
- His eyes can light up a glowing green and fire lasers. - He can power up or absorb power from machines. - He can adjust frequencies and communicate through them. - He is immune to shock!
Weaknesses: All the powers listed above can take a lot of energy he's not careful and doesn't take breaks to 'recharge' himself or if he doesn't absorb power from another source. Also, if Micky is in range of frequencies higher than 300 Megahertz (in VHF or 'Very High Frequency') he begins to be weaker and more confused the longer he is in the range of the frequency.
Other Info: Just as Davy has responses to emotions with his powers, Micky does as well. When Micky becomes worried or scared, his eyes will light up a neon green. If he gets too stressed or scared, his eyes will get so bright, he can hardly see. This also can drain his energy if he doesn't manage to turn it off.
MICHAEL NESMITH

Power(s): He has the ability to grow up to 10 feet in height and become as strong as 10 elephants! His power is superhuman strength!
Weaknesses: From the way he got his powers, he sometimes suffers from the radioactive elements that dwell in his body. Symptoms include: weakness, fatigue, fainting, confusion, bloody nose, loss of appetite, and bruises. He also is very hard to calm down to get back to normal after he's been in his strongest form for so long.
Other Info: Feelings of anger activate his powers unwillingly. He may start to grow and gain muscle mass against his will if irritated, upset, or angry.
PETER TORK

Power(s): He has many powers relating to magic. They include: telekinesis, plant control, mind reading, mind swap, healing, and astral projection.
Weaknesses: He has a wide variety of useful powers but each have limits. His telekinesis cannot be used on anything over 200 pounds. His plant control abilities cannot grow nonexistent plants, they have to be handy. His mind reading is limited by person. If someone has a stronger will than him, they may boot him out of their head. Mind swap (Body Swap) can only occur if given permission by the other person. His healing powers don't work on broken bones and severed limbs. Astral Projection makes his body go limp immediately as well as he can be trapped out of his body if it's placed in a coffin.
Other Info: Peter has learned these powers and wasn't given them. His emotions do not affect his powers in any way, unlike the others.
