6. I guess your staying

They were all deep in thought.

Todoroki thinking of his mother and siblings, and how much he's gonna miss them. And then he thought about how he won't have his dad pressuring him anymore. And that he can finally do what he wants. But deep down he knew he would miss them and the man he calls father.

Deku's thinking about how much he'll miss 1-A, All-might, and his mother. But then he realized he'll never become the number one hero here. His head hangs as he realizes he's quirkless again.

Bakugo, he would never admit this but was thinking about his parents and his classmates in 1-A. Wondering if he'll ever be able to see them again. How will he ever become number one here!?

I couldn't even look them in the eyes. How could I? I could tell exactly what they were thinking of. You can just look at their faces and tell. This is all my fault. How pathetic am I? I ruin everything all the time. And now I'm hurting three of my favorite boys, all because of a stupid wish. I start getting emotional because it's all my fault they're even here. I ruined their lives. Tears start to fall freely down my face.

"I'm so sorry."

I quickly walk away hoping no one saw my tears. Once I make it to the bathroom, I wipe my tears and clean my face before I head back. On my way back I peek my head around the corner to see what they were talking about.

"Why is she even crying?! We should be the ones crying!" Bakugo yells.

"Is she ok? Did I make her cry?" Deku says a little worried.

Todoroki glances towards my direction. "Should I go talk to her?"

"She's a very empathetic person, always has been. She can't help it, so please be nice to her. She already cares a lot about you idiots." I hear Lilian defend me.

I then hear a string of apologies before I walk back out. I can't be mad at myself right now. I'll have to hide it and save it for later. I put on a small fake smile and continued on.

"I'm sorry you're even here," I murmur while looking down at my socks. "But while you're here I have to try to get you to blend in. Because trust me, People will kill over you."

"Your joking right?" Deku says while nervously laughing. Karli gives them a serious look to show that I wasn't. "Millions of people watch your show. Millions also happen to have crushes on you three, " She then smirks at me. "Artemis here happens to like your teacher and a certain villain." She laughs.

I gasp and punch her arm and turned blushing at the boys. They all started gagging at the thought. I'm thankful she didn't say anything about my crush on them. Well, anime them. It's way different now that they're right in front of me.

"So with that out of the way, let's get you guys some clothes and a persona. Plus I gotta change a little bit of your appearance." The boys looked a little scared about that. Todoroki instantly touched his scar. Bakugo thought of his time with Best Jeanist and literally shudders. And Deku just looks excited but nervous.

"Who wants to go first?"

Deku was shoved off the couch by the other two and almost tumbled onto me. He sat up straight and stiff as I start circling him and thinking about what would look good on him.

"So, Deku you don't necessarily need to dye your hair. Just say it's already dyed. Your freckles are cute and normal, so that's ok. Your green eyes are ok too. You look ok, just need some clothes." I then turn towards Bakugo. "Your turn now."

He growls before switching spots with Deku. "Ok now with you, you have relatively normal hair, but your eyes kinda stand out. I would say contacts, but then again just tell people that they are contacts, I don't know, make something up and stick to it, " I start laughing thinking about his name.

"Your name should be Kyle at school." I laugh out while pushing him back to the couch. Lillian starts laughing along with me.

"Is there a joke I'm not getting?!" He yells a little frustrated.

I ignore him and drag Todoroki up, now this is gonna take some work.

"K, so first we gotta dye your hair, any colors in mind? Or we can say it's dyed like broccoli over there." I say while gesturing to Deku.

He looks at me before mumbling for him to keep it normal. In the corner of my eye, I see Lillian keeping notes. "Ok, and what eye color?"

"I would like to keep my eyes." He says a little proudly.

Sooo nothing? It's ok at least he's ok with himself. I smile gently before thinking of a style for him.

"Ok, we are going to the mall. You guys can stay and play the game in my brother's room but don't break it, and remember people don't have quirks. Alright? I'm sorry if I seem controlling, I just wanna protect you guys."

Next thing I know I'm tackled into a hug by Deku. While Bakugo and Todoroki were staring at their feet with a hint of red dusting their cheeks. Stubborn asses.

"Thank you, Artemis! You really didn't have to do this!" Deku yells enthusiastically before parting abruptly with blush covering his freckled face.

I hugged him back and attempted to drag the other two into the hug, Todoroki unwillingly excepted it. Bakugo just starts struggling against the hug while whispering cuss words. Lillian, and even more surprisingly Karli, joins in the hug as well.

"I promise this will feel normal eventually. Hopefully, you can all go back home soon."

Y'all I'm so fucking sorry for not uploading in while. My sleep schedule is wack, and I know that's not an excuse. But like I'm asleep from 8 am to 7 pm and I start school on the 8th 😂. I hope you enjoy this sucky thing I call a chapter.

Update. I was supposed to upload in August, but guess who's too lazy to do that. So the a/n above is nearly two months old.
