chapter 12

Autumn pov:

As we listen to what the doctor was saying i got a text from my mom saying kiya in the fucking hospital i texted back which one and she told me it was the one i was in i shook my head i hope she was ok i should have known something was wrong when she called me so early in the mourning 

"ok so sweaty your fine it was just a sloght tear" i nodded

"thanks doctor"

"no problem and next time go easy ok and maybe you should wait a few days or so ok"

"yep" i waslked out with Eric's arm wrapped around me

"i told you, you should have just let me go to school"

"whatever you know you wanted t and you got it now shut up before i take back in that room and bend yo ass over that examining table" I didnt even respond because i knew he was serious

"where you going?" he asked when he relized i wasnt going towards the gardge where we parked

"kiya in the hospital"

"this one?" i nodded

"what happened?"

"i dont know im about to go find out i hope it aint nothing serious" he nodded and put his hand over my shoulder as i wrapped it around his waist

"hi im here for Na'kiya Cashtro"

"4th floor section 3600 and theres adesk up there that will tell you which room" 

i nodded and followed her instruction when we got on the elavater Eric pushed the 4 botton i stood back and waited when we got there i saw the 3600 sighn righ away i started walking towards the desk

"hi im here for Na'kiya Cashtro"

"yep right this way" i followed her to kiya's room when i got ther it was this dude holding her sleep they both were sleep i turned around quickly when i saw she was all bruised up and had tubes coming all out of her. Eric quickly grabbed me and i cried into his shirt

"It's ok" he said rubbing my back just the the door opened and the rest of my family walked in Eric hugged my mom and grandma and i just went and sat in the corner as i started out the window.

My mom came and sat next to me

"you know what happened?" i shook my head no in response

"tyshon raped and beat her" i started cryng s hard i grabbed amd held on to my mom i guess my crying woke ol' boy and kiya up 

"boobie whats wrong?" i got up and went and huged her ol' boy was still hugging her so my titties was all in his face kiya laughed because i guess he made a facial expression

"you are?"

"Bobbie this is kash  kash this is my cousin boobie well her real name is Autumn but we all call her Boobie well i do anyways" i laughed but she didnt sound like herself though she sounded hurt and broken.

Kash pov:

kiya's cousin Autumn had her titties all in my face and she smelled like another nigga so i sat up and mugged the fuck out of her kiya saw my face and laughed i was happy i made her do that i still hadnt forgot about that shit she said earlier it was really getting to a nigga just then the Dr.phil walked in i dont remeber his real name i just know he look like Dr.phil

"Hey you guys we have sent police to find him and theres been no luck he is now a wanted man and we wont rest until we find him but in the mean time Na'kiya some officers want to question you are you ready for that or would you like to wait?"

"um i just want to get it over with"

"ok in order for them to come in the rest of your family has to leave out oh and Mr.Kalis you will be getting questioned too ok"

"For?" i shot back "ya'll alredy have my sperm and saliva what else ya'll want from me i told ya'll everything."

"Kash just please!" kiya semi-yelled it hurted my heart i nodded and walked out along with the rest of her family. As i walked out i saw the two officers walk in.

Na'kiya pov:

I felt like nothing, like i didnt excist, i felt worthless, i felt like dirt, i just didnt feel clean, i felt unloved, i felt betrayed, i felt nothing good i know kalis was uppset i knew i shouldnt have calld him and dragged him in this but honestly he was my last option no one was answering their phones no one not even my own father. If kalis never talk to me after this i would understand but i do want him to know i am thankful for him.

"Hi miss Cashtro how are you feeling"

"worthless" was my response

"ok well can youtell us what happened?"

"i dont remember everything i blacked out i remember everything leading up to it and right before my coma"

"well can you tell us those things?"

"I um just had got back from chillin with my dad for my birthday and once i got situated and ready to lay down someone started nocking on the door it was Tyshon i went and opened it for him i went back to my room-"

"wait wait im sorry he doesnt have a key?"

"no him and my mom argue a lot so she takes his key or he just lose it"

"ok continue"

"i went back to my room and texted my besyfriend for the presents he got me and i turned over on my side and closed my eyes and Tyshon walked in he asked for the DVD player and i gave it to him because i wasnt using it he left then came back asking for the remote i gave that to him also and he sat down next to me and started asking me questions like how was my day with my dad what did i get made stuff then he started tickiling me and used to do that a lot so i dint really think anything of it then he started feeling on me and kissing me i tried to push him of but he was too strong he pulled my pants down and climbed on top of me i kept trying to fight him but he started punching and slapping me."

I has to take a pause as tears started streaming down my face

He then pulled himself out and tried ot put his penis in my mouth i wouldnt let him so he beat me even more he finally stopped and then pushed himself inside of me" The female officer stood and walekd out shaking her head saying sshe couldnt do this the man looked down then said

"sweetie i need you to finish" i nodded

"once he came he pulled out of me and left out i couldnt move at all he came back fully naked this time and climbed back ontop of me thats all i remember then i remember him saying thank you and leaving out i managed to grab my phone i dot know how and calling everyone i knew but no one answered except kalis and he came and brought me here i dont remember any thing else"

"Thank you Na'kiya you have been more than strong we will find him and make sure he gets put away for a long time" i nodded with that he left out and a few minutes later everyone came back in including kash.

"Are you ok?" my aunt asked i nodded

"i just want to be alone with kash for a minute" they nodded and as quick as they came they left.

"wassup kiya" kashed asked sitting next to me i just loooked at him and started crying he quickly grabbed me.

"it's ok i promise i got you"

"can i ask you something?"

"wassup"

"why are you still here?"

"because i-i-i just i dont know i feel like dis where im supposed to be and why they were questioning me i came up with an idea i mean yeah"

"what?"

"well i saw how ya mom was acting and if she doesnt let you back into her home i do want you to know you can come stay with me i mean it's an option my house got more then enough room." I starred at him for a while and nodded as more tears started rolling down my face.
