I woke up to the sound of a beep coming from my phone.
I turned and layed(uhh. This a real word?) on my stomach and took my phone from the nightstand without getting up.
I turned it on. I looked at the time before checking anything else.
It was 6:58am and I had one new message from my big brother.

Here ya go baby sis and wake up before I blow up ya phone.
Before I could reply he started blowing up my phone.
My phone started buzzing uncontrollably.
"Okay, okay! I'm up!" I yelled and I heard him chuckle from his room.
I got up and fixed my bed then I headed to the bathroom to do my hygiene.
When I was done I headed to my room to pick out an outfit for the day.
I decided to wear my black cargo pants with a plain oversized sweatshirt which I tucked in halfely(like one side) and my black airforce 1s.
I then fixed my hair and put some lipgloss on.
I packed my bag and went to the kitchen with my phone in my hand.
"Goodmorning y'all." I said as I sat down at the table where everyone was sitting.
"Morning." Everyone responded.
We said grace and started eating.
"Mom, can I go to the movies with my friends tommorow?" I asked while cutting my sausage.
"Honey, should we let her go?" My mom asked my dad.
"I think we should. She hasn't been anywhere this month so let's allow her to go." My dad responded.
"Thanks ma, thanks dad." I cheered, cheezing.
When we were done we went to the car
And headed to school.
"So what movie are y'all gonna watch?" Jordan asked.
"I don't know. We'll see." I said, unlocking my phone.
"Is it gonna be a ROMANTIC movie?" Jordan said emphasizing 'romantic'.
"I said I don't know." I said reading the paragraph Jamal just sent me while smilling.
"Ohhh, are you texting KIARA?" Jordan asked emphasizing 'Kiara'.
I saw what he was trying to do. I had to change the subject fast.
"Yea. Actually I am. We just talking bout yesturday's fight that I missed between two absolutely random girls at school, because I was late." I said.
"Y'all kids are always fighting. What was the fight about?" My dad asked.
"I don't know. Lemme ask Kiara. Oh wait, I got the video. Lemme play the video." I said, smirking as the car was pulling up at school.
Jordan jumped out the car and pulled me out the door before I could press play.
"We gotta go. Love you dad." Jordan said zooming off while pulling me by my wrist.
"Bye kids." I managed to hear my dad say from the distance we had covered so far.
He pulled me until we reached the door to this random classroom.
"You're hurting me." I said, yanking my wrist out his grip.
"Try shit like that again and I'll chop your head off." He said, angry.
"Not if I get your head chopped off by mom and dad first." I said, smirking.
"Imma wipe that smirk off your face with a slap." He said, trying to threaten me.
"You the one who started all this. I was just giving you a taste of your own medicine. Don't be mad cause you can't take what you be giving me. Lil' bitch ass girl." I mubled the last part.
"What you say?" He said,looking angry as ever, backing me into a corner.
I was starting to cry cause I really thought he was gonna hit me or some shit. I closed my eyes real tight as the tears fell down my face. I felt somebody wrap thier arms around me.
I opened my eyes to see Jordan hugging me.
"That's for almost telling dad that I'm a hoe." He said, laughing.
"I hate you." I said, smilling as I returned the hug.
I pulled out from the hug and whipped my tears with the sleeves of my sweat shirt.
"You are such a cry baby." Jordan said chuckling.
"I still hate you." I said laughing.
He walked me to my classroom and we said our goodbyes and he headed to his class.
I saw Kiara said sitting with Jamal in her regular seat.
I walked over to them.
"Hey y'all." I said, sitting infront of them.
"Hey." They said said in unison.
"We still going to the movies tommorow right?" Jamal asked, smilling.
"Yea." I said. "We gon meet there." I said, showing a little smile.
"While y'all going to the movies Tiana having a party. It's gon be lit." Kiara said while doing a little dance.
"I don't care bout no party. I'll be with my bae tommorow and that's what matters." Jamal said, smilling at me.
"Hey family." Serena said, sitting down next to me.
"Hi" We all said.
"Babe I gotta go." Jamal said getting up.
I got up and hugged him and he walked out our class.
"What you happy for?" Serena asked Kiara as I sat down.
"I'm going with Malik to the party tommorow." She said doing a little dance.
"Ayeee!" Serena and I said, hyping her and dancing with her.
The bell rang and the class started.
The day went slow but it was soon afterschool.
My friends and I took the bus home.
"Oh, Kiara you gotta cover for me." I said, opening my phone.
"Why? You gonna ditch Jamal for the party?" Kiara asked, looking shocked.
I saw Serena smile but I just ignored it.
"You crazy or sumn?" I asked, laughing."I just lied that imma go to the movies with y'all." I said.
"Oh." Serena said, looking dissapointed.
"Aight. I got you baby girl." Kiara said, smilling.
"Thanks boo." I said, smilling back.
I checked my socials until the bus pulled up at my stop.
I got off after saying my goodbyes to my friends.
I walked to my house and got in.
I went to the bathroom and started my diy spa. I was so excited about tommorow. I couldn't wait to go on a date with my baby.
