A week later

Jamal

I'm really happy that schools have closed. I really needed the break from the endless homework and attitude from teachers.

I was on my way to the park where I was meeting up with Azania. I really was looking forward to it from the second she proposed it.

I went into the park and spotted her sitting on a bench with all her attention on her phone. I walked up to her and sat next to her.

"Babe." I said, trying to get her attention.

"Sorry, hey." She said, turning her attention to me, putting her phone on the space between us and hugging me.
"You good?" She asked, smilling at me.

What a beautiful smile she had.  A smile that contoured her dimples perfectly.

"Stop looking at me like that." She said, shyly.

"But I can't, you're that beautiful." I said, smilling at her.

"You ain't answer me tho. You good?" She asked again, this time avoiding my eyes.

"Mmhmm." I said, pecking her lips. "How bout you?" I asked, pecking her lips again.

"I'm good." She said, smilling again.

"I'm glad." I said, smilling back.

"Come push me on the swings." She said, pulling me on the with her.

I took her phone and placed it in my pocket before going with her.

She sat on the swing and waited for me to push her.

I pushed her for a while and started pushing her in a way that she started going really high.

"Jamal, stawwwp!" She screamed.

I chuckled and continued pushing her.

"I swear, if you don't stop imma kill you!" She screamed and I saw her grip harder on the chains of the swing.

I continued pushing her.

"Jamal, pleasee." She cried.

"Damn no need to be a cry baby." I said as I tried to stop the swing.

After a while the swing stopped and she got off it.

"You get on the swing. You'll see." She said.

"Hold this." I said , handing her her phone before getting on the swing.

I got onto the swing and she started pushing me.

"Damn you heavy. It's like you made of steel or some shit." She said trying to push me. I just chuckled.

After a while she got used to pushing me and I was starting to get scared because of the heights I was reaching.

"Ok, I think I've proved my point now." I said, nervously laughing.

She just kept pushing me.

"Zania, stop pushing me." I said.

"I'm not." She said, laughing.

I kept screaming and screaming for her to stop pushing me but she didn't listen.

She came and stood in front of me with her phone flashlight on. I guess she was making a video.

"You a little baby. You know that?"  She said, laughing.

"Zania help me stop, please!" I begged.

"Damn no need to be a cry baby." She said, smugging, still recording.

"I'm not a cry baby." I said, still swinging.
