Chapter 3

Lui's POV
I feel so restless. I haven't slept for three days now thanks to this pill I'm taking. Don't get me wrong I don't want to sleep. And now I'm panicking because I'm fucking out of the pills and I already feel sleepy.
I'm planning on sneaking out of school to buy more of this pills.

I'm walking so fast that I don't even notice some girl approaching and by the looks of it she doesn't notice me either and we end up bumping into eachother.

"Ouch" she exclames when her butt touches the floor. I want to help her up but I'm running out of time. So instead I tell her, "Sorry, sorry" hurriedly before getting back on track.

I finally reach the school door and start to look around to make sure no teacher is nearby. Everywhere seems clear as I'm about to leave school until I'm interrupted by a familiar voice.

"And where do you happen to be going to Lui?" Principal Peterson snaps at me. I stare blankly at him not even trying to think of a lie. "Do you need the therapist again?" Principal Peterson continues. Like how does me keeping silent inquire that I need a therapist. "No sir," I reply while walking back inside the school.

After everything, Principal Peterson ends up sending me to the school therapist, Miss Suzy. So here I am sitting down in her office and staring at this middleaged woman type something into her computer while practically all the students are having classes.

"So how are you today?" Ms Suzy asks looking at me with a fake warm smile. I look at my feet instead, ignoring her question. "See Lui, what you are doing is not gonna profit either you or me. So just make it clear if you are trying to seek attenton and quit acting like a five year old." She yells at me.

"I'm not a five year old." I snap back at her. "Then quit the act," Ms Suzy continues. "You can't come to my office everytime and continue with your damn lies," Ms Suzy curses. "I mean a man trying to kill you in your dreams, thats just absurd." she yawns. "I have just one advice for you, grow the fuck up." She curses again.

I don't blame Ms Suzy for advicing me to grow up. I mean if someone told me all what I've been experiencing lately; I would probably think they are missing a screw or something. But right now, one thing I'm sure is that I'm not crazy or going insane.

Principal Peterson makes me spend my remaining classes in the therapist office giving me the option of going to the nurse's office if I finally want to get some rest. And I'm not buying that whole resting shit because right now I need to keep awake.Therefore, I remain in Ms Suzy's office.

School is finally over. Boy I'm I happy. I literally race out of Ms Suzy's office but again I get stopped by Principal Peterson.
"Principal Peterson," I acknowledge him after he gets in my way again. "Whats the rush Lui?" He asks. "Nothing," I say almost immediately. He pauses for a few seconds and continues, "I spoke to your parents concerning your recent behaviour."

"My parents? what did you say to them?!" I say raising my voice. "Calm down champ, you don't raise your voice at me," he says putting me in my place.

"Well, your behaviour is worsening, other days you come to school looking like a zombie and you eventually doze off during classes and wake up all screaming, distracting the class and just today I catch you sneaking out of school. I mean that is totally unacceptable," he says, frowning.

"I'm going home now," I walk out of Principal Peterson although I can still hear him calling after me. That guy is such a pain in the ass. If he is half interested in helping me, he would stay out of my fucking business. And now I'm going home to see my parents after Principal Peterson ran his big mouth. But first I need to go get some of my pills.
