Rain Cloud: Similar to Oboro Shirakumo's, but she can put herself in a cloud, and disintegrate the cloud, and recreate a cloud for her to come out of, which allows her to teleport. She can also manipulate water to a certain extent-as long as there's a specific amount of moisture in the air or there's a body of water near her, she can make the water into weapons.

Mother and Father: Haruhi(deceased) and Akio Shirakumo(deceased) (I don't know what their first names are, so I gave them one)
Older Brother: Oboro Shirakumo (deceased)
Since all of Yuki's family members are dead, her guardian is Shota Aizawa.
Personality:
She is quiet if you don't know her very well, but if you become her friend she will open up more. Yuki is prone to stay quiet about her problems, instead she will try to help with yours. She is very protective of her friends. She considers many of the pro heroes as her family.
