"Do you wish to defy the order of the emperor?" The royal messenger of the esteemed emperor says in a harsh way.

"I do not dare but..does this mean that the prince want my daughter as his concubine?"  Chen Rong Yun (the head of the Chen household also a low ranking official) said in a shaky voice

"Obviously! You should be greatful that his highness takes notice of your daughter!"

"I-I..." the minister shutters

"Then you should be greaful if you understand that much! Then thats it!" The messenger says

"T-thank you my lord" the minister says, looking at the ground in embarrassment

"Send your daughter to the manor to be wedded! Humph" with that the messenger leaves

"Father please do something! I don't wanna marry that awful prince!" Chen Ya Min the daughter of minister Chen says in between sobs

"Girl! Watch your mouth! Do you wanna be beheaded?! Hah" Minister Chen says with a sigh his hand on his temple

"I-im sorry father but I really don't wanna marry his Highness! He kills all of his concubines!" Ya Min says  holding her father's hands while in kowtow

"Ha, then what should I do? I have limited power and influence Im just a minister my dear" Rong Yun says

"Right, father didn't we have a mute male servant?" Her eyes lit up in hope

"So? What does that male mute servant have to do with this?" Rong Yun says with an arched brows

"Father his beauty is superior of a woman, you can adopt him and let him out for a day with guards!" She says

"Then you can spread rumors that his your hidden daughter and the most beautiful woman of Xingning City!" She finishes her eyes gleam with excitement

She saw her father went silent for a while

"Well then! Tomorrow shall be the day that he will be revealed as a She and she will be named Chen Mi Er the second daughter"

"Yes father" his daughter give him one last bow before calling the servant to order them to have a 3 set of newly branded clothing, jewelry and shoes

The minister also commanded that prepare the male mutes family, Rong Yun rises from his seat and goes to the mentioned servant's room.

A service maid of Rong Yun knocked at the door of the family and announced that the minister wishes to see them.

The family were in shocked to see the minister in front of them

"We great the Minister Rong Yun" the mother says with her head bowed

The two blinked in shock without any words in mind

"Also in that contract your mother will be promoted to the lowest concubine position here with a little bit of allowance, clothes, jewelry and dowry, of course we can't soil the family's name by them knowing that the mother of the most beautiful woman in Xingning City is a mute and a servant at that" the minister says with proud eyes

The mute servant gestures at him saying that he will agree on that if he signed on the contract as well.

"Why you little!" A personal attendant of the minister raised his hand to slap the mute servant.

But the minister stopped him.

"Yes of course, I'll do that but you must keep in mind that once your not accepted or thrown out of the manor of the prince and soil the name of ours" the minister paused and glare at the mute servant

"Your mother will receive a 50 slashes on her body" with that the mute servant gasped and agreed to the conditions

With the thought in his mind, 'I will do everything just to keep my mother healthy' he signed the contract while tears rushing out of his eyes
