After the shower.

"Woah your hair is so long!" Todoroki muses looking at Bakugou.

"Yeah dumbass. That's why it's always up in pigtails. No idiot villain is going to grab me by the hair." She responds.

"They still might with your hair like that."

"Yeah, but it's closer to my head. No one gets close enough to grab it, this way. Unless I want them to."

Todoroki thinks about it a minute. "I guess you're right."

"You know I am." She say sticking out her tongue. "Want some breakfast? The kitchen should be empty."

His stomach growls. "Yes. I'm starving."

They get dressed in comfortable clothes and make their way to the kitchen.

"What do you want for breakfast?" She asks her boyfriend.

"Can you make breakfast sandwiches? Like the one you made yourself the other day. It smelled so good."

"You bet your ass I can." She says smiling and pulls out the stuff she'd need.

As she starts making breakfast he comes up behind her and hugs her. Kissing her neck softly while she cooks.

"That's fucking dangerous, you know." Bakugou says.

"What do you mean?" He asks smirking. "Oh this? But I like kissing you."

"Yes, but I'm cooking and when you do that, it's very distracting." She says pouting. "I could hurt myself. Why don't you go sit down and wait for me to finish breakfast? Then you can do that all you want."

"Fine." He kisses her one more time and does as he's told.

A few minutes later she puts out plates with breakfast sandwiches on them. They both eat happily.

When they're finished they clean their dishes and go back to Bakugou's room. They snuggle up on her bed as she looks through Netflix.

"Hey Katsuki." Todoroki says breaking Bakugou out of her thoughts on what movie they should watch.

"Yes Shoto?" She responds.

"Can we talk about everything that happened yesterday?"

"Of course." She turns off the TV and turns to face him.

"Thank you for reminding me I can let down my walls around you. You've probably seen me at most vulnerable out of all of our friends."

"Well duh. I'm your girlfriend. I'd hope I was the one to see you at your most vulnerable." She flicks his forehead.

He laughs a bit. "When I was finally able to process everything, I realized how scared I was."

"Do you mean scared in the moment? Or scared for your family?"

"Scared for everyone I care about actually. Not just my family. You too Kat." He pulls her closer.

"We are both extremely safe here Sho. Also side note, I like the new nickname. This school has become one of the safest places for us. After all of the extra security measures and things. But I understand. I'm scared for you and your family too. I don't want to lose you."

"I don't want to lose you either. Will you make me a promise?"

"It depends on what you're asking."

"Can you promise me you won't do anything stupid in regards to Dabi?"

"Tch. I can make that promise if you promise the same." She says crossing her arms.

"I'll try. But..."

"But nothing dumbass." Bakugou cuts him off. "He's going after your whole family and the other people you care about. I know I am usually the one to jump in without thinking clearly when I'm mad or upset. I also know you'd do the same. So if he does come after someone. We should at least not go after the bastard alone."

"You have a point. Okay so I'll amend that request. Promise me you won't go after him alone if something happens."

She raises her eyebrow thinking. "Okay I can make that promise." She says.

"Good. I can too." He says smiling at her.

"Is there anything else you want to talk about from yesterday? Are you really okay with your father after all that he's done to you and your family?"

"I don't think I'll ever be okay with what he's done. But I am seeing what he's doing to improve as a hero and as a person. I respect that. That's about as far as he'll get in terms of me forgiving him."

"That makes more sense. Did you set a reminder or something on your phone for when you need to check in daily?"

"I haven't done that yet, but I should. Let me take care of that now." He gets up and walks over to his phone. "Done." He tells her.

"Did you still want to talk to your father about Touya and his quote unquote disappearance?"

"Eventually I will. But, to be honest, I don't think I'm ready to ask him yet. I'm scared that this whole thing is partially my fault."

"What the hell? Why would you think that?"

"He disappeared after my quirk manifested and father started training me. I don't remember everything back then, but I think he may have left after trying to protect me during one of those training sessions."

"Even if that's the case, I don't think it's your fault. He's your brother. Protecting you was kind of his job. You shouldn't blame yourself."

"It may have been his job, as my sibling, but you have no idea how terrible it was back then for all of us. Anything could have pushed him over the edge."

"Tch. But to put that blame on you, the one literally taking beatings, would be stupid. If anything, it was probably your father."

"I guess. Can we do something else now. Don't get me wrong, being able to open up is nice, but I don't want to talk about it anymore."

"That's fine. I'm not trying to push you. How about a movie or something?"

"A movie sounds nice." He responds cuddling up to Bakugou again. "We're going to have to come out of this bubble sometime, you know that right?"

"Yes." Bakugou responds. "But for now I'd like to enjoy it." She kisses him lightly and they pick out a movie.
