Her face went red and she pulled my shirt till our eyes were level. she spoke softly into my ear. "13"
Oh my thor. I swear, since I was 10, she just hated my guts. That couldn't be right...
" But I thought you hated me to death then!" I chuckled.
So she said:
"Hiccup, I never really hated you, It's just that, it's so much harder to become a respected Viking if you're a girl. I was determined to become that. So I wouldn't let anyone get in my way, including you."
"What about snotlout and the gang? you hung out with them!"
"I guess they where more Vikingish, you know? The Kill-your-first-wild-boar-at-the-age-of-three I thought that that was being a Viking. i thought that you weren't vikingish enough." "But I know now, I was wrong."
"after all, you are just a fishbone." I frowned.
She noticed and continued, "but you are an amazing, clever, and funny fishbone. and best of all, you're mine!"
She wrapped her arms around me
"I love you!"
