A/N: Before we proceed to the chapter, I would like to inform you that I used a caterpillar instead of a butterfly because there were no butterfly emoji...anyway😀

This info is important because...Kanae died when she was 17 years old and Shinobu is 18 years old when she was shown as a pillar in the manga or anime right?

But Kanao is two years younger from Shinobu so if Kanae died at the age of 17 and Shinobu was still a pillar at age 18 meaning Shinobu became a pillar a year or 2 after Kanae's death.

So doing the math and creating a hypothesis, Shinobu was 14 or 15 when Kanae died at the age of 17 meaning she became a pillar at the age of 16 or 17 years old (It was noted she has some tsukugo before Kanao so I just asssume) and with that info we can say Shinobu was a 14 or 15 years old when Kanae died and Kanao was a 12 or 13 years old at the same time.

However, I'll just choose 14 for Shinobu and 12 for Kanao when Kanae dies okay...sorry🙇

10 years old:

'Dammit! How did this happened to me!' The little girl cried as the furry animal got closer to her and when she took one step backwards, her little back had hit a tree...meaning? 'Uwah! I had nowhere to go. Why did onee-chan brought me to this scary town!'

Her little eyes darted everywhere, finding an opening to escape this terrifying creature but all she could see was the slimy tounge of the creature. Tears filled her eyes as the little monster came closer and closer-

A whimper escaped her lips as she begun screaming, "Stupid onee-chan! You should have left me home! Not dragging me around a town that is far away from our home just to get some supplie-ahhh!"

The little monster was now on her right foot, rubbing its so-deadly fur on it and she felt her soul slowly slipping away. 'I think I see the light.'

Although, she was snapped out from her daze when she heard somebody shouted. "Hey get away from her!"

Her face turned to the source of the shout and she found herself locking eyes with a boy who looks about the same age as her sister. He has black hair, blue eyes and a determined look on his face. The other thing, she noticed about the young boy is that he carries a sword-'A nichirin blade?'

The dog's head perked up as it turns to him. It watched curiously as the boy kneeled down with one knee as he smiled at the dog. 'Well what a 360° attitude turn.' The girl sighed but atleast the dog isn't bothering her anymore. She watch as the dog sniffs the boy's hand before surprisingly biting on it. Both of them scream as they watch blood flow down from the wound. 'This idiot!'
