Kaitlyn's POV

****************

"GET UP!" Jacki and Cammie screamed from above me. Yeah. They slept over.

"I didn't do my order of operations homework because there is no school." Cammie said.

"Ooh. Total badass." I muttered, rolling my eyes and getting off of my bed. I threw Jacki some clothes for her to wear, and threw Cammie some smaller clothes that would fit her. Then, I picked out an outfit for me. Once dressed, me and Jacki helped Cammie with her homework.

Her paper looked like this when we were done:

Math Homework. Cammie Clark.

Page 112 #1-5     12-14-12

1.  13+(5*4)= 33

2. 12*(3+2)=  60

3. 34+(9*4)=  70

4. What do the parentheses mean?- The parentheses represent what to do first in the order of operations-(PEMDAS)

5. If a problem looked like this: 3(5)    What would the '5' in parentheses mean?- The five would  mean to multiply it by the first number, so 5*3, or 3*5. It also works with other numbers.

Cammie does very well in school. Which is very amazing because you would think it is stressful, since she just started middle school. I remember when I started middle school. Haha.

"Okay. Cammie. Wait until the word gets out that your big cousin is dating Zayn Malik! Your gonna be super popular." I said to Cammie, while she stuck her stuff in her back pack. I really wish she was my sister. I want one so bad. See, Cammie and I are close enough in age we can talk. I'm pretty sure she is staying for the week before Christmas, on Christmas, and a week after. Her mom and dad are major business people, so they have a lot of business trips.

"Yeah.. I guess. Besides, your only my cousin. Not my sister." She said.

"Close enough." I said.

"Any boy things? Popularity drama? At school, that we could help?" Jacki said.

"Well. Jacki and Katie,  there is this guy.. Chris. All of my friends say he likes me, and I like him. But he never says anything. He occasionally smiles and whatever, but nothing else." Cammie said, fumbling with her fingers. I find it weird that I am helping an 11 year old with boy troubles, someone who shouldn't even have a boyfriend. At that age, its so innocent though. Its just essentially like being best friends when your 11.

"Well. Given the fact your only 11, just talk to him...." I said.

"Yeah, what are you worried about? Losing your reputation? Ahaa. Your eleven sweetie.:" Jacki said, she just read my mind. Pretty much.

"Your right, thanks." Cammie said smiling.

"Mhm. No problem. Anything else?" Jacki said.

"No, thats it. Thanks again." Cammie smiled. She went over to the desk, and sat in my spinny chair.

"Can I use your lap top?" She said.

"Yeah, I guess we can go to the cafe in a few. Like ten minutes. But it has wifi, so you can bring my lap top. Just put it in the waterproof case. The one that is purple, not the blue one." I said. She did as told, and me and Jacki slipped on some boots. I finished up the lap top for Cammie, so she could put the boots on she came in.

Once she was ready, she called us down stairs. Me and Jacki walked downstairs in coats, hats and gloves. Cammie, was dressed for the weather too.

We were about to walk out the door, when I stopped everyone.

"Hold on." I said. I walked up to Jordan's room, knocked, and walked in. "Jordan, are you coming? Were going to the cafe." I asked Jordan.

"Sure. Just, I need to talk to you. Tell them to hold on for a minute?" He said. I texted Jacki to wait, and she said okay. Her and Cammie were just going to watch t.v.

"Okay. Jordan, whats up?" I asked him.

"Kaitlyn, I didn't mean it. It was a mistake. I was six. I didn't know what I was doing. If I had the opportunity to go back in time, and make that me instead of Maya, I would. For you. I don't like you hating me. Were brothers/sisters. It shouldn't be like this." He said, it looked as if he were going to cry.

"Jordan, I know, and I forgive you. And yes you can call me 'Kate' or 'Katie'. Now, for those seven years of no talking.. We need to catch up. Come on. Meet us downstairs when you are ready." I told him.

I walked down stairs, and Jacki and Cammie were sitting on the couch.

"So?" Cammie said turning around.

"So, Jordan is coming." I said casually.

"SO. That is not what she meant. Did you forgive him?" Jacki asked.

"Yes. I forgive him." I said, and took a deep breath.
