My mom closed the door and I glanced nervously at Annabeth, she noticed and squeezed my hand. You see, my mom had already adopted Nico, Hazel, and Thalia. And even though they aren't around often, they were still legally her children. And now I'm springing on her the fact that I had a twin that survived. But nonetheless, I know Mom's going to be happy.

Annabeth and I sat down on the couch, while Mom took the arm chair across from us.

"So, what's up you two?" She asked. Gods, I loved her so much.

"Mom, do or did I have any other siblings." I ask, straight to the point.

"On your dad's side, I obviously don't know, but if you do I would love to meet them!" she said

"No, Sally, Seaweed Brain here meant on your side of the family." Annie said. Mom's smile faltered but her grin grew.

"Just this little one here," she said rubbing her stomach, which was starting to show.

"Are you sure, like any miscarriages or deaths?" I asked, and her smile dropped. I knew this was going to hurt, because Hera obviously faked Allie's death.

"...Yes, Percy there was one. Why do you wanna know?" Mom finally responded. She looked ready to cry.

"Could you tell me about it?" I asked, Annie squeezed my hand then went to sit on the arm rest by my mom, squeezing her shoulders.

"Sure Perce." she squeezed her eyes then began. "Originally you had a twin, as soon as I found out I was over the moon excited." She gave me a small smile. "I later found out it was a boy and a girl. I immediately knew I had to choose a greek name because of your father. So I chose Perseus for you and Alexandra for your twin. I loved you both so much" I looked at Annabeth who was smiling. I knew what she was thinking. What Hera did was unforgivable, but at least she had kept the name my mother picked. My mom continued "When I went into labor, I had no one, just the nurses. They were all extremely nice, especially this one. She was gorgeous, I honestly didn't know why she didn't model, but nevertheless, she was there." Oh my gods. I looked at Annie. Once again we had the same revelation. Hera was at the birth. "She sat by me and asked about you two, but mostly Alexandra. The nurse had asked me what I wanted to name her, what I wanted her nicknames to be. I had told her Allie, it had been my second choice name. Percy was born first, his birth was complication free, but when Alexandra's started a few hours later the nurse got up from next to me and said to me "I promise to take care of her" but soon I learned that" Mom had to stop for a minute, tears were falling down her cheeks. I walked up to her and gave her a hug. She continued after that "Alexandra had somehow stopped breathing and...died." Mom said full of sadness. "The kind nurse took her, and I never saw the body, but then again sometimes I'm glad I didn't." "I'm so sorry, mom" I told her. Me and Annie engulfed in a hug. It lasted a minute or two before Annie nudged me and looked towards the ground. 'Oh ya,' I thought to myself, 'Alexandra is right outside'. So I faked a fall backwards and landed with a loud thump. 'Perfect' Mom and Annie both started chuckling at my clumsiness, and soon the sadness was gone, replaced by a knock on the door.

Oh gods! I heard the thump from inside the house, and I knew I needed to knock. But I was so nervous, what if she didn't want me? 'No' I told myself 'She adopted Perc-my cousins even though it was unnecessary' So I gathered the courage and went up to the door and knocked.

"Who in the world is here" I heard Sally say along with three sets of footsteps walking towards the door. "Percy will you get," I heard Sally say again. I froze. "No mom, you get it." I could practically hear the smile. "Alright you weirdo" Sally replied as she opened the door and froze as she saw me.
