Kindaichi and Kunimi were sitting at lunch, deciding on what to do since they already ate.
"Hey, want to play a game or something?" Kindaichi suggested.
"Sure." Kunimi said, turning to face him.
"Chopsticks?"
"No."
"Rock, Paper, Scissors?"
"No."
"Hmm... Truth or Dare?"
"What are we, 10?" Kunimi joked.
"Hey! Do you have any better ideas?" Kindaichi said defensively.
"No..." Kunimi faltered.
"Alright, come on, let's play." Kindaichi said.
"Ok, uh- truth or dare?" Kunimi asked the other.
"Truth."
"How many girls have you kissed?" Kunimi asked randomly.
"4."
"Ok." What the hell? 4 already? Kunimi thought.
"My turn. Truth or Dare?" Kindaichi repeated.
"Truth I guess." Kunimi said, staying in the safe zone.
"Do you want to kiss me?" Kindaichi asked. Kunimi flushed. What kind of question is that?! he thought to himself. Obviously the answer was yes, but Kindaichi didn't have to know that.
"Uh, dare."
"I dare you to kiss me." Kindaichi said smoothly.
"Uh I-I don't like this game, let's just play Never Have I Ever." Kunimi said.
"Kunimi that's not-"
"Oh my god, JUST KISS ALREADY!" They both jumped and turned to see Oikawa. Everyone in the cafeteria looked over at Oikawa shouting from the opposite side of where Kunimi and Kindaichi were.
"What the hell? This isn't his lunch period!" Kunimi said.
"Stop being idiots! It's been 4 months, 4 FUCKING MONTHS OF THIS-" Iwaizumi appeared out of nowhere and had to drag Oikawa away. When they left, everyone started muttering about who that was and who he was talking to. People started looking in the direction of Kindaichi and Kunimi, while the two had their backs to the rest of the cafeteria, trying not to make eye contact with anyone. After a few minutes, Kindaichi spoke up.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have pushed so hard, you probably feel uncomfortable now..."
"No, I- I do want to kiss you, I just don't think you would really want to, because you've obviously done it before, also because I like you more than friends..." Kunimi muttered the last part.
"That was a lie."
"What?"
"I've never kissed anyone before. I just didn't want you to think that I wasn't cool because you've probably kissed a bunch of girls."
"I have not."
"Really?"
"No..." The two were silent again.
"...Did I mention I like you too?" Kindaichi added.
"Does this mean I can kiss you?"
"Please do."
