Trixie pov:
Katya took the day off work so her, Judy and myself snuck out of the house early. I hated that I was sneaking in my own home but, I pushed it aside for Judy's sake.We all walked down the street after Katya put coins in the parking meter. We enjoyed the early morning fog covering the early morning hustle and bustle of the city. I point out building to Judy as we made our way over to Alexie's restaurant. He agreed to open it early for us so Just could have some Russian style breakfast.
"This is your brothers restaurant Katya?" Judy asked asked. She peered over her menu her big brown eyes glowing in the yellow light of the restaurant.
"Yup he runs it and owns it. He said he made it so he could bring a piece of home with him," Katya said smiling over to Judy then me. The breakfast menu was just a piece of paper with all the breakfast foods Alexie was willing to make but, Judy still seemed to really enjoy the place.
While we waited for food Katya smoked her morning cigarette with a cup of coffee. She ashed it in the tray sat in the middle of our table. I made her wait until we left to smoke so my mother wouldn't smell it and wake up.
"Can I take a drag or two babe, I still feel half asleep," I asked reaching across the table to take Katya's free hand. She smiled down at me and kissed my knuckles, taking the cigarette from between her lips and placing it between my fingers. I don't usually like smoking in front of Judy but this morning I just couldn't do it.
"Thank you," I said as I reached across the table to hand Katya her cigarette back. I saw the way Judy's eyes followed it on my hand, a familiar glint of curiosity shining in them.
"Can I maybe try like one drag of it, just to see! Please?" She finally spoke.
Katya's eyes shifted over to me and I gave her a small nod. Judy coming to Boston was so she could be a real adult and find herself. That means trying unhealthy stupid things and learning they aren't as good as they are hyped up to be.
"Just take a small breath Judy, don't inhale big." Katya instructed.
I watched Judy inhale and instantly cough, her face scrunching up. "How do you guys to that! This shit burns!" She shoved the cigarette back into Katya's hands.
"It takes time," I said smiling at her, trying my best to hold back a laugh. "But you won't get time to smoke, because I'll kill you if I ever see you do it again." I pointed at Judy.
"You're such a hypocrite!" Judy protested through giggles.

Katya and I took Judy all around the city. We stopped at a bunch of regular stores so she could buy her clothes for work and job interviews but after that, we went to the good spots.
Katya pulled up into the lot in front of Tammie's and I couldn't hold back my smile. Tammie's, owned by Tammie Brown, was my favorite store ever. It was a thrift shop organized by colour.
"What is this place?" Judy followed behind Katya and I as we practically skipped into the store.
"The best thrift store ever! Its not at all like the ones back at home Judes, trust me." I took Judy's hand and lead her through the isles, explaining the layout of the store. Once she got it I drifted off back down the pink isle, I was in the business for a new dress.
"My Trixie Pixie you're back! Where's your lovely Soviet spy?" Tammie came bustling down the isle towards me. I opened my arms and took her into a big hug, not even trying to hold back my smile.
"Hey Tammie! She's around here somewhere. Also I brought my little sister with me, we got her out of Wisconsin!" I held Tammie's shoulders, shaking them excitedly.
"That's amazing Trixie Wixie Pixie! You know they say the fumes from the cows mess with your head down there." Tammie looked at me seriously. "Where's my other wheatie sweetie?" Tammie asked moving on quickly.
"Oh probably somewhere around here." I saw Judy coming towards me just as I looked. "Tammie this is my younger sister Judy." I introduced them, shoving Judy towards Tammie a little more.
"Oh another Wheat doll! What a treat!" Tammie pinched Judy's cheeks and pulled her into a hug. Judy looked at me with wide eyes but I just shrugged and laughed.
"My Soviet darling you're here!" Tammie quickly let go of Judy and rushed to Katya when she saw her. They shared a quick hug and Katya chuckled at some joke Tammie said as they walked back over to Judy and I.
Katya and I talked to Tammie about just life in general and how things were going. She talked to us a bit about the store and how she had 3 new giant donation bins of clothes waiting to be organized. She mentioned hiring help and I looked to Judy keeping it in the back of my mind for later. After Tammie had given all our 'third eyes' (just our foreheads but she said she could see them and they were invisible to us) a kiss she left us to finish shopping.
It didn't take long for us to find things and get them all rung through. Katya and I paid for Judy since she found allot of clothes more appropriate for an 18 year old. On our way out I mentioned asking about a position here to Judy. She seemed to like the idea and was going to get her resume from the car and drop it back in quickly when Tammie stopped us.
"My lovely wheatie sweetie corn doll you're hired, no resume needed." Tammie waked out from an isle near the door. She hand a genuine smile on her face and pulled Judy in for another quick hug.
"Are you serious?" Judy glanced but at katya and I but all we could do was shrug.
"As serious as a wolf in a sauna." Tammie looked at us like we all understood and quickly moved on. "Write your number down on this paper and I'll call you with a schedule. Also wear what you bought here, hopefully your employee discount will help improve your closet." Tammie pulling out a small slip of paper from her hair and a pen from her earring. The cap the pen swung around freely as Judy used the pen. When she gave it back Tammie just put it back in the cap and moved along.
When we made it back to the car we all smiled and celebrated. Katya decided we should stop for milk shakes and burgers to end the perfect day so we went. WE all ate and Judy decided she was going to drop off a few resumes at some local diners and restaurants too so she could make some extra cash. I warned her about over working herself and burning out but she promised me she'd be okay.
