"Good Morning Betty."
Peter kisses Betty on the cheek. She laughs.
"Good Morning. Do you want some breakfast?"
"Oh that sounds amazing! What did you make today?"
"Blueberry pancakes."
"Yum. You're the best!"
"I know I am Peter."
Peter wraps his hands around Betty's waist.
"Hey! Watch where your hands are mister!"
May says walking into the room. Peter blushes and removes his hands, holding them up in surrender.
"Sorry! Sorry!"
May laughs and grabs a cup of coffee.
"You want something before you go May?"
Betty asks.
"No, I'm good sweetie. Thank you! I'll see you two later okay?"
"Okay!"
They both say in unison. Betty and Peter begin eating their breakfast when they here a knock on the door.
"I'll get it."
Peter says opening the door. Pepper Potts stood there holding Morgan's hand.
"Sorry for coming here so unexpectedly. Something came up and Morgan needs a babysitter. Happy is coming with me and nobody else is available. Besides, she likes you the best. Do you think you could help me?"
"Of course Pepper."
"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You're a lifesaver Peter."
"Anytime. Safe travels!"
Peter lets Morgan inside and closes the door.
"BETTY!"
She yells running to her. Betty opens her arms for a hug.
"Hi Morgan! Do you want some pancakes?"
She nods and Betty sets up a plate for her. Peter turns on the TV watching the news. A robbery appears on the screen.
"Oh no... I gotta go! I'll see you guys later okay?"
"Okay. Be safe."
Betty kisses him on the cheek.
"I will. I love you."
"I love you too."
Peter rushes out the door leaving Morgan and Betty alone.
"Okay Morgan. Looks like it's just us two today. Hope that's okay?"
"Of course it's okay!"
Betty laughs and helps Morgan off the table.
"So what do you want to do today?"
Morgan jumps onto the couch swinging her feet, thoughts swarming around in her head. Suddenly she perks up.
"How did you and Peter meet?"
"Me and Peter?"
"Yes! How did you guys... um... get together!"
"Well, it's a long story I-"
"I'll listen! I promise!"
"Okay. Do you remember when Peter went away for a while?"
"Yeah! Mommy didn't tell me where. She just said he was going on vacation."
"Don't tell your mom this but Peter moved into my town. A little town called Riverdale a couple hours from here. It's very small but... It was home."
