Thursday, 11:00 am

3 hours before her flight, Avery starts packing, as always.

It took her about 40 minutes to pack, luckily she was only 50 minutes away from the airport.

As she was making her way downstairs and out the door, she stopped infront of the dining room.

The door was shut, the family were eating breakfast.

She heard Evelyn blabbing and laughing "dad, I can't even describe how angry she was, it was hilarious!"

"This guy was pretty easy to convince, wasn't he?" Said Christopher.

"Yeah, soooo easy, all I offered was to pay him 7,000 a month and he does everything I tell him to!"

She couldn't bother anymore, she was late so she headed for the door, she couldn't tell who and or what Evelyn was talking about but she didn't care.

1:47 pm

Luckily she wasn't late to her flight, she sat down on her seat as she got a call.

"Hey Connor!" She said.

"Hey, are you on the plane?" He asked.

"Yeah I just sat down, a little late but I made it" she sighed "anyways, can you please go into detail about this game and what I'm supposed to do?"

"The game will be at Holcombe Rucker park tommorow at 9 pm, between New York Knicks and CCNY beavers" he said "call me if they don't let you in"

"Wait they might not let me in? Didn't you call them?"

" I did call them, but you should call me if they're stubborn with you"

"Okay I gotta turn off my phone Connor, bye."

6:38 pm

The plane landed, finally, Avery checked out and got her bag, and headed out.

She waved by a nearby cab and got to the nearest hotel, which was about 35 minutes away.

She gets a room and settles in, she opens up her laptop, and starts writing..as usual.

She thinks deeply about what she's gonna write, takes a deep breath, and starts.

This next paragraph is about lgbtq+ and blm and other sensitive subjects So if you're sensitive to those you can skip the next few lines.

"The first country to ever legalize gay marriage was the Netherlands in 2001.

That was just 19 years ago, so 20 years ago the world shamed guys and girls for coming true to who they are.

It's funny how millions of people in today's day and age still think people can control that sort of thing.

As if you were a danger to society for realizing your true self and realizing that you are not the body you were born in,

In many countries, it is illegal to be gay,so basically it is illegal to be born a certain way with a certain mindset,

In many countries, being gay is a crime, and you can get sexually harrased and killed for simply being who you are,

In many countries, just supporting the community is illegal,

In the United States today, people from the community don't have health insurance rights,

In the United States today, people from the community barely have human rights,

In the United States today, cops ARE the criminals,
