The purge

Chapt.3

Monday, March 2020
1:30 AM, Tom's POV

Tom stared at Jake with wide eyes, he kept stuttering, letting out strange noises everytime he tried to say a word, Tom was trying his best to stay focused, and not break down

' your such an idiot, Tom! '

Tom mentally told himself, he wanted to smack himself across the face, but if he did that infront of Jake, Jake would think he was crazy

" J-Jake i uh- " Tom stuttered, shutting his eyes for a few minutes. You can do this Tom told himself

" Il-likeyou- " Tom muttered quietly, Jake didnt seem to hear. " Could you speak a little louder? " He told Tom gently, throwing him a small smile

" Are you upset? " Tom asked suddenly, looking at Jake but he was still playing with his fingers, Tom's blood circulated 100 times faster than it normally did as he waited for Jake's answer

Jake stared at him for a few seconds, but it felt like hours, then months, then years, Tom was growing impatient

" No. " Jake simply answered, his pupils darkened for a second, but then they brightened.

" No? " Tom repeated the word, but made it sound like a question.  " No. " Jake spoke again, Tom just stared at him confusedly

" Answer my question, and ill give you my answer with more detail. " Jake said, chuckling a bit, Tom's left eye twitched.

" Okay! Fine! I've liked you for-- i dont know-- for months! I've always had this strange feeling around you when we first met! I actually like you not as a friend, but as a fucking boyfriend! An actual husband and thats killing me! "

Tom blurted everything out, like he was vomiting out words that made him sick to the stomach, Jake jumped a little at the sudden change of tone, but he sat there, taking in everything Tom had told him just then.

Tom stood up, then attempted to run off, but as he passed Jake he felt a hand clamp around his wrist, suddenly twirling him around and sitting him down again, but this time on Jake's lap

Jake towered over him, Tom felt terrified, scared that Jake was gonna hurt him for liking him-- or yelling at him-- or maybe both

But Jake just leaned in and kissed him-- completely taken by suprise, Tom slowly kissed back, whimpering when he felt arms snake around his thighs, Jake dragged his tongue on Tom's bottom lip, asking him for entrance, and Tom granted it

Their tongues twirled in a little dance, Jake slowly step-by-step deepened the kiss, and Tom felt himself getting a slight hard-on

Jake broke the kiss, staring down at Tom, who was still sitting on his lap, Tom batted his eyes, hopefully making him seem innocent.

" I thought i was the only one. " Jake finally spoke again, his lips curling into a smile, Tom threw him a smile back, snaking his arms around Jake's neck
