Fourteen

Ash

"Wake up, lover-boys" Carter coos.
I throw a pillow at him, earning a small giggle from Taylor, who quickly puts his arms back under the blanket.
Carter shrugs and leaves.
We get dressed and ready than grab our bags.
Taylor puts on his hoodie and we head to school after grabbing a piece of fruit.

Jynx

Taylor seems oddly fidgety today, continuously playing with his sleeves and looking around nervously.
Kind of odd how Ash never leaves his side.
They never really seem to talk to anyone else besides each other.
In third block I take my seat beside Taylor's.
"So.. I know I took health because Im lazy," I joke.
"But, why'd you take it? Its so boring in here." I ask.
"Changing in front of a bunch of random sweaty guys? No thank you."
"Yeah,good point" I laugh.

"Hey, aren't you hot in that?" I question, pointing to his hoodies too-long sleeves.
"N-no." he replies, breaking eye contact, which Ive noticed he does quite a bit.

Ash

My phone buzzes in my pocket.
Mrs.Benton:you two alright? Taylor acted kinda funny the other day.
Ash:Yes,he said he wasn't feeling well
Mrs.Benton:Oh,okay. Mind staying the night? Ill be working all night.
Ash:No problem (:

Taylor is quite happy when I tell him what his Mum had said.
After I collect clothes and a few other things in a bag from home, I head to his house.

Once I knock on Taylor's, door he opens it and hugs me.
"Someone's excited." I laugh.
He blushes and giggles, pulling me to his room.

"Want to watch another scary movie?" he asks.
"Sure." I say.
He grabs Insidious and Insidious 2, turns off the lights and closes the door.
Taylor hates and loves scary movies.
He was super jumpy through the first movie. When he puts in the second one and comes to sit back down, I pull him closer to me.
I wrap my arms around his shoulders and he hugs his around my waist.
We remain that way until the end of the movie.

Taylor

It strangely isn't awkward whenever Ash and I are so close and act this way.
I kind of like it..
"Who was your first kiss?" he asks out of nowhere.
"Uhh.." I bite my lip.
"Awee, no ones stolen those cute little lips' virginity?" he giggles.
"Shut up,  Ashh" I whine, blushing.

We it in silence for a few minutes.
Ash is the first to speak.
"Taylor.." he says, moving closer.
"Just tell me when to stop." he whispers, his lips just inches from mine.
He closes the space between them and kisses me slowly.
I close my eyes and kiss back.
We both pull away at the same time and giggle.
We cuddled for the rest of the night, until we have fallen asleep.

We get up rather early for a Saturday and make pancakes before waking Amanda up.
My cuts have almost healed so I wore a few wristbands, a red v-neck and blue skinnies.
"Can we go to the park today, Taylorr" Amanda purrs.
"Sure,why not." I smile.
"Yay!!" She runs off to get ready.
"Wow." Ash laughs.
"Yep.." I agree.

There is a pretty nice park just outside our neighborhood.
Amanda runs off with a few of her friends.
Ash and I talk by a tree for a while.
I chew on my lip until I feel Ash put his hands on my sides.
"You know I wish you wouldn't do that to your lips" he says, and kisses me softly.

"Awwweeee!!" Amanda squeals, making me jump.
My face flushes bright red.
I haven't told her that Im gay.
Ash coughs, trying to hide his laughter but fails.
"I kinda didn't tell you that Im gay, Mandy" I manage to say.
"Yeah, so? What do I care if my big brother likes to kiss boys instead of girls. At least you picked a cute one." She winks, giggling, then ran off.
"Strange kid." Ash laughs.
"You got that right.." I nod.
