This is the recipe I created yesterday. The crust I used for this is made with pancake batter microwaved in a microwave for 2 minutes or until none of the mix is not like a pancake and all is cooked. Then you add the Mulberries to the crust. If the pancake rises in the center like a cake, just eat out the pancake until you have a depression but still leave enough that it looks like a pancake pie crust. Then put fresh or frozen Mulberries in the hole left by the pancake you ate. Then spread more pancake mix on the Mulberries and microwave for another 3 minutes or until   the top crust is fully cooked pancake. Then let cool for 15 to 20 minutes and enjoy. Here are the ingredients:
Pancake batter (best for crust and saves time)
Pancake ingredients (if you want to make the crust with homemade pancake mix, though I have not done this, so I wouldn't recommend it personally, though if you do try it and do it like this comment if it works as good or not and if it does work for you I'll try it)
Mulberries (only found in my area now, my area at the least has a quick season due to birds typically being addicted to these like drugs, but the juneberries/serviceberries came out early, and the birds love them more than anything else, so they left more mulberries behind, that also explains a prolific year this year as well)
If you want to use other ingredients it is your choice.
