A Bumpy Ride

It was a dart?
I was starting to feel very tired and was about to faint when I felt this gust of wind and somebody catching me and carrying me. After that I blacked out.
When I was starting to wake up I thought I was on a roller coaster or something but it was probably just the sedatives in the dart. I was actually in a jeep going down a snow covered mountain with a bunch of random people (doesn't make it much better). I was shivering from the cold when this guy turns around and notices. He gives me a blanket and wraps it around me. He had ligh brown hair and it was slightly wavy and what looked like blue eyes. In the front seat I notice a girl with dark hair driving and next to  her is a blonde guy. As if I wasn't confused enough they were speaking English so they definitely weren't the Ukrainian or Russian people chasing me back at the museum.
A few minutes later I had fully regained consciousness and the kind brunette guy says
"You're awake?"
"Yeah, I think so. Where am I and who are you people?" As I said that my head was hurting like crazy.
"Calm down. You're safe now and we'll explain everything later. You need to rest now."
"How long have I been asleep?"
"A couple of hours." Said the girl driving.
"The darts effects are still wearing off so you have to rest. We still have a few hours to go."
I really didn't want to sleep because I didn't know these people and I didn't trust them but my eyes were feeling so heavy I had no choice and before I knew it I was asleep again.

What felt like a minute but was an hour later

I was shivering so much that i woke up but this time the sedatives had almost completely worn off. I looked out of the jeep window and in the distance I could see this little wooden shack. Curious I asked
"Is that where we're going?" As I pointed at the shack.
"Ah, so you're alive. Welcome back to the world of the living sleeping beauty." Said the blonde guy in the front.
"Don't mind him he's kidding. Anyways yes. That's our house. We live up here hidden from the world so that guys like the ones that were chasing you at the museum can't find us." As the brunette boy said those words he could see i was confused so he said
"Don't worry, I'll explain everything back at the shack. I'm sorry, I almost forgot! I'm Lucas, that's Alexander but we call him Alex and next to him is Skyl-"
"Sky, you can call me Sky." She said with a hint of angry in her voice.
"Nice to meet you guys, I'm-"
"Emma, we know" Lucas said.
"Hey Em, are you okay?" He asked.
"Yeah... it's just really cold. I'm not used to it." I answered trembling.
"Here, take my jacket. I'm not cold and we're almost there anyways."
"Thanks" I said while putting on his warm and fuzzy jacket.
"Wait... how do you know my name? And what am I doing here? I know you keep saying you'll explain later but I want to know now!"
"Ooh, feisty." Said Alex. Sky hit him on the shoulder and giggled.
"Okay fine. We're friends of Alastair. When he found out you could talk to him he told us that you were in danger and we came straight away. I'm sorry you had to get shot though." Lucas tried to explain but it wasn't enough.
"What do you mean in danger? And I don't remember you guys taking me."
"Are you sure? You know how you can talk to Alastair?" Sky asked.
"Yeah."
"Well... none of us can. In fact nobody can."
"Then how did he call you?"
"Alastair can speak telepathically and sent us a message." Alex answered.
"So I'm supposed to believe i have this kind of superpower where I can talk to animals?"
"Actually that's only a part of your power. I'm the one that caught you when you were about to fall. You might've felt some wind. My power is super speed." Lucas explained as I stared in disbelief.
"We're here! Sky shouted.
I still couldn't believe it. I was so shocked I could barely move.
"Emma? Emma!"
"What? What do you want Lucas?"
"We're here. Come on, I'll show you around."
