Chapter 3 - The truth and lies

"because he is trying to forget about you, just listen to his music almost all of his songs are about you" said Daniela as she was brushing her hair

"he even wrote one about you when you guys broke up which was December 9" said Rosa as she was blending her concealer

"okay fine he wrote that one song about me but we don't know if the other are about me as well" i say as i try to concentrate on my makeup 

In reality I know all of those songs are about me and not just 12.09 but I just can't admit it. I know that I hurt him, if I could go back in time I would have never done that to him but I can't go back. I was dumb

"see you're admitting it. we know you still like him and that you regret playing him, because after you realized that you fell for him but it was too late to change things" says Daniela as shes getting her hair straightener

"I do regret playing him and i did fall for him because he was such a great boyfriend and he truly loved me but I don't like him anymore" i say as i apply setting powder to bake my face

While I wait for the power to set I start to play with my ring, I'm nervous and Rosa notices she knows I'm lying. Whenever i get nervous or lie i play with my rings

"your lying we know it" said Rosa as she stared at me while i was playing with my ring

"I'm not but you can think whatever you want" i say annoyed, i just want them to stop talking about this

"if you say so" says Rosa looking annoyed

"i'm sure do you like him" said Daniela in a teasing way

"can we just change the topic and focus on getting ready" i say as i'm clearly uncomfortable 

"true we have to make you look amazing" says Daniela as she is waiting for her hair straightener to heat up 

"Well y/n you're definitely gonna catch Alessio's attention tonight with your outfit" said Rosa as she saw my outfit for tonight

I get annoyed and roll my eyes again

"I said change the topic" i say as i'm clearly getting mad

"okay fine sis, don't get mad" said Rosa
