Chapter 61 "It's going to be alright, i love you"

*Days Pass*
A Pov
I'm finishing up some last minute things in order to get to the airport in time with y/n. I'm double checking that i'm taking everything i need to take for this trip

I'm nervous for some reason but i'm trying to stay calm, i see her text about her being ready and that she's on her way

I get some things and get my backpack. I double check my bag and go downstairs

"Mom, Dad, im leaving" i scream as i put my shoes on

"Alessio, take care" my mom said as she hugged me

"Make sure you dont do anything stupid" my dad said

"I wont dad" i said laughing

I see Y/n pulling up

"hi, good afternoon" she said

"hello, sweetie" my mom said as she hugged

"how do you feel?" she asked

"i feel great, i thought i would be more nervous but i feel good and i have anxiety medicine for once i get in the plane" she said

"Plus ill be there with her" i said hugging her

"Yes thats true, im glad to have him" she said smiling

'Well kids you guys better get going dont be late to the airport" my mom said

"Mom we are already 3 hours ahead of time" i said annoyed

"Yes but its always busy in the airport, especially on friday nights" she said

"your mom has a point lets get going, okay again thank you mrs and mr scalzotto" she said loking at them while going in to hug my mom

"Your welcome, i missed you so much y/n im so happy for you both" she said

"here ill help you carry your bags in the car" my dad said

We loaded the bags in the car and left. I was nervous for her, she seemed fine but deep inside i knew she was scared. It was her 1st time traveling since the airplane crash

Y/n Pov
We get in the car and i try to keep my cool. Ive taken my anxiety medication and i'm hoping this makes me feel better. i think him being with me has helped me too, if he wasn't there i would be crying and freaking out

He brings me peace and happiness.

Alessio and Y/n arrive to the airport and they get their tickets and go thru security. Fast foward to them being done with TSA check up

"That took us for ever" i said

"Yep, my mom was right it's good we came here early we still have time. What do you want to do?" he asked me

"Let's go shopping, maybe get some last minute things. I see a MAC store over there" i said pointing at it

"Sure give me your mini suitcase, so you don't get tired" he said

"Okay, sure. You should get some cologne look at the store right next to it" i said

"Why?? do i smell bad?" he asked while he was smelling his hoodie

"No no no, you smell good but maybe change it up. you always wear the same cologne over and over" i said

"Okay fine but you pick it out for me. Something new and i'll pick up something for you from MAC. deal?" he asked

"Sure" i said with a smile on my face

We both hurry to the stores, i start to look at all the colognes. i ask the sales lady which one has been the most popular lately. she gives me a sample of 3 different colognes. i like the 2nd one better, i end up buying it for him and i got a few samples of other colognes.

Alessio's Pov
I go into mac and i start to get overwhelmed. there's so many things in this store it's crazy i try to remember that one time i came here with Y/n. i remember she always used that spray thingy. i ask the lady to show me a where it is. i get that and along with blush and a few lipsticks. She always loves wearing coral blush.

I wait for her outside she seems so excited

"Here you go" i said giving her the bag

"and here is yours let's go sit down and open it" she said

We sat down and opened our bags. I saw her face light up

"Thank you, Alessio. Thank you, i like these products so much" she said smiling

"You're welcome" i said as i opened mine i see this savage dior cologne, i open it and spray it god this is strong i love it

"You were right, i need to change my cologne i like this one better. it's stronger and it will probably last longer. thank you Y/n" i said as i hugged her

i hugged her tight.

"You wanna go get food?" i asked her

"Sure, i'm feeling like having chinese" she said

"Yeah sure, there's a restaurant close by" i said as i checked the map of the airport

"Okay, let's go" she said as she followed me along and grabbed my hand

I felt happy with her

We walked there holding hands, she looked so relaxed. We ate and had a good time. i haven't felt this connection with her for a while. We argued on who would pay the bill. Y/n wanted to pay but i want to pay. i wanted to treat her and i ended up paying. us arguing over it was hilarious.

We walked to our gate and wait to board the plane, i got her some hot chocolate and cuddled with her.

Here we go it's time to board the plane. She started to get nervous

"Y/n are you okay?" i asked

"Yeah, i'm just going to take my medicine and hopefully it starts to work" she said as she grabbed her bag.

"Okay, just remember here i am with you, i'll hold your hand and if you want to wear my hoodie" i said

"thanks, thanks for always being with me and sure" she said smiling

I take off my hoodie and give it to her. She gives me her little sweater well it's not super small but it does kinda fit tight. it might be men's sizing but it's still tiny. it's fine i wear it then throw on another zip up hoodie.

We board the plane, i'm holding her hand all the way thru and she's holding on tight.

The plane starts to leave i see her getting scared. i hug her.

"It's going to be alright, i love you" i whisper

She slowly calms down to the point where 30 minutes in she passes out on my shoulder.

Things are going good.

"Ladies and gentlemen we have planned in Chicago, Illinois"
