Chapter 13: First Date

Addison point of view:

I have no words for how happy I am right now. I'm with Bryce, eating sushi (aka my favorite food), and me and Bryce are talking as if nothing else is happening around us.

We talk for awhile about the most random stuff like about dog breeds, our familys, our favorite brand of cereal, and lots of other stuff. "Ok be honest, most annoying person you met at playlist?" Bryce asks as he wipes the soy sauce off his face. "Not gonna lie, Max Dressler was pretty annoying, I mean self confidence is good but he had WAY to much," I say rolling my eyes at the thought of him. "Omg I thought the exact same thing!" he says and laughs. "Great minds think alike!" I say and I laugh with him. "Ugh, my fans are pestering me to post on insta, it's literally been two days!" Bryce says. "We should take some pictures then and maybe your fans will be tamed," I say and I pull out my phone.

We post our pictures and laugh about how there's already ship accounts for us. I then look into his deep brown eyes and Bryce looks back into mine. We both start to lean in and I can feel his lips touch mine. At first it's a soft kiss and then Bryce touches his tongue to mine and deepens the kiss. I wrap my fingers into his hair and my other hand on his neck, pulling him closer and closer to me.

Bryce puts me on my back and hovers over me, not breaking the kiss. I take his shirt off and he does the same with mine. Bryce starts to kiss my neck and I moan softly, trying not to be too loud. He travels down my neck and up again, sure to leave a few hickies. 

*It ends here, that wasn't too bad*

We're both startled when the operator starts to talk through the speaker. "We're closing so I'm gonna lower you guys now," he says and we start moving. We both quickly pull our shirts over our heads and try and fix our hair. I try and hide my neck with my hair and fix my makeup.

We step out and thank the operator and walk towards his car. Bryce puts the picnic stuff in the trunk and we both get into the car. "So, you liked our first date?" Bryce asks me. "Yes, I already told you that I loved it," I say and smile at him. "I was just double checking" he tells me and smiles back. Bryce gives me the AUX cord and I play some music. 

About 5 minutes into the drive and says, "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you that I leave for awhile to go visit my family back home tomorrow," Bryce says and glances over at me. "Oh, how long will you be gone?" I ask him hoping it's not for too long. "Uhm, my mom wants me to stay for about 2 months," he says as he rubs his neck nervously. "Oh that's uh, that's a long time, but it's ok, you take however long you need to visit your family," I tell him. Obviously I'm upset about this, I was really excited to spend time with Bryce after our date, but I don't want to be that one girl who keeps her boy who's a little more than a friend away from his family for selfish reasons. "You sure it's ok? Cause I can cancel that flight right now if you want me to!" he says. "No, really, it's fine, I just wish you would've told me sooner," I say and shrug. "Thank you," he says as he puts his hand on my thigh. I just smile at him once more and put my hand over his. The rest of the car ride we just sing along to music and vibe.

Today has been a good day.

We get home and see that no one else is here. I call out their names and Bryce looks around the house. I grab my phone from my pocket to text them and ask where they are. I unlock my phone and see 48 missed calls and over 100 unopened texts from our friends, I hadn't realized they were trying to contact me because I had my phone on silent so I wouldn't get distracted at all today. I decide to open a text from Mads and what I see sent panic throughout my entire body. I drop my phone and fall to my knees and start to cry uncontrollably.

No this can't be happening, not now, not today, not ever, this can't be real.

Again, I'm so sorry for leaving you guys on a cliffhanger like this but trust me it's worth the wait! I'll try and write and publish is as soon as I can. Also, please comment you opinions on this chapter <3
