Cat burglar

Team RWBY and Hawk were making their way to the living room to enjoy some simple tv after a long day of training. Even though nobody wanted to comment on it, it seemed like Blake was suddenly more distant with the others as well as being overly protective of her belongings.

A few days ago, Hawk started to notice that some of his things had vanished. From books and school supplies, to his spare uniform and even his old flask.

Ruby: "Alright team! What should we watch today?"

Yang: "How about we scroll through until something comes up?"

Ruby nodded as she jumped over the back of the couch, plopping onto the sofa which caused the remote to flip into the air and land in her outstretched hand. Hawk claimed the chair near the sofa, as the other girls shared the sofa with Ruby. When the tv turned on, it was already on the news with Lisa Lavender hosting.

Lisa: "Reports of a cat burglar being on the prowl in Vale have flooded the police department this week. Whether these claims are legitimate or merely a yarn, citizens are encouraged to stay indoors."

The group watched in stunned silence, as Yang took the remote and muted the feed. The four slowly turned their gazes from the tv, to look at Blake who seemed uninterested by the news. Blake noticed their stairs, gave a glance to see if anything was behind her, before giving them an irritated look.

Blake: "Seriously, guys?"

With a little hop, Blake jumped from her spot on the couch, tapping her foot in annoyance while staring at them.

Blake: "Seriously? You're gonna call me a cat burglar just because I'm part cat? That's real mature. You know, I have half a mind to report you guys to Glynda. What you're doing is profiling."

Blake turned on her heel and began marching out, sneakily snatching everything as she walked past them. Then she gave another glare at the entrance of the living room while everyone else stayed in their seats.

Blake: "You all disgust me!"

Blake then snatched up the house plant near her, and zoomed away. Everyone exchanged confused glances, not sure what had just happened and were silently trying to make sense of it. That's when Blake ran back into the room and jumped onto the back of the couch, grabbing Yang's bike keys and the tv remote, which caused everyone to let out surprised sounds. Blake then ran off with the sounds of Yang's bike starting. When Blake took the remote, she accidentally unmuted the tv, allowing the others to hear Lisa start speaking again.

Lisa: "Breaking news! Police have engaged the alleged cat burglar in a high-speed chase. The suspect is fleeing on a yellow motorcycle with what appears to be a cartoonishly large amount of stolen goods falling from the bike. What will they think of next? Back to you, Cyril!"

Pool Party?

Hawk: "This was a good idea girls, it's been too hot lately."

Team RWBY had invited Hawk out to the pool, hoping to cool down after the heat wave that has been lasting for three whole days. Yang instantly jumped into the pool, who was quickly followed by Ruby. Blake calmly entered afterwards, but Hawk stood by the edge looking around. Weiss had said she needed to grab something before meeting them.
