5:30 PM — Countryside of London
The place Lenny had in mind for his photoshoot with Jimena was somewhere beautiful and serene. He couldn't think of anywhere more peaceful than Lancashire. After the Bahamas, it was one of the most serene places he knew of it. To make it even better, today was one of the rare days where the sun was shining brightly. In England, it's usually always gloomy and rainy.
When he pulled up to the secluded grassy area, he couldn't help but notice Jimena smiling ear to ear at the scenery before her. Her attention shifted from the window to over to Lenny."Wow! I don't think I've ever seen so much green grass before as I have now. In Egypt, there's not much grass. Just sand. And more sand. And more sand."
Lenny chuckled as he shut off the engine.
"There's a first for everything isn't it? I love it here because it reminds me of summers I spent in the Bahamas as a child. You know, minus the lack of water here."
While he spoke, he reached back to grab his camera from off the backseat and a long brown thin blanket.
"Just in case you want to sit on the ground for a few shots. Grass can be itchy and we can't have you scratching for the rest of the week when you're trying to put on my eyeliner."
She clasped her hands together laughing at his remark.
"How kind of you. When I find my pack of scratch n sniff stickers, I will give you one."
"Just one?" He asked raising his brow slightly.
"Okay. Okay. Two! But that's it."
He smiled and pulled open his door.
"I suppose that's fair. Come on, let's get this show on the road!"
As soon as he got out the car, Jimena right behind him. There was not a single soul out there except he and Jimena. It was so quiet that the birds chirping in the trees could be heard clearly. At one point it began to sound like they were getting louder— trying to out chirp the other birds.
Lenny led her over to one of the tall shady trees. He spread the blanket out on the ground and then returned his gaze to her.
"You see any spot in particular you want some shots in?" He asked.
"Um... how about over there in that little field of yellow daffodils?"
"That works. Plus, it matches your pants!"
He followed behind her as she sauntered over to the small daffodil field.
