I was walking away when I heard those words.
"In 7 months.."
I immediately started doing math in my head and turned around to look at Jacinda, who was grinning from ear to ear, "you're what?" I started walking towards her, "you played this game once, I'm not playing it again."
"It's not a game!" she smiled and grabbed my hands, "aren't you happy? We're gonna have a family, finally!"
"I don't want a family with you, Jacinda!" I yelled and pulled my hand away, "I have my own family! With my wife and my kids!" I yelled, "my wife is pregnant! I love her! I didn't love you!"
"What?" her demeanour soften, "you never..." she let go of my hands, "you never loved me?"
"No!"
"But.. after we made love you let me lay on your chest.." she became slightly frantic, "you told me you loved me!"
"We didn't make love, we had sex! It's different."
"It felt like you were making love to me..." I looked at her deeper for a moment, "our bodies were so in sync with each other.."
"I never said I loved you Jacinda.. I'm sorry.."
"Sorry? I loved you! I still, for some stupid reason, love you!" she shouted, "you can't just leave!"
"I have to go.." I turned back around and took my keys out my pocket and got in my car.
I could still hear her yelling when I pulled off.

Aileen's POV
"Mommy."
"Yes sweetie." I was setting the table, with the help of the girls.
"Where daddy?"
"He's gonna be here in a little bit, okay? Don't worry about daddy. Finish helping mommy set the table, baby." I smiled at her, kissed her forehead, and then handed her some forks, "finish up, I'm gonna check on the food."
I actually didn't know where Ray was. He left that morning and it was almost 6 in the evening and he still wasn't home. I wasn't worried, but I was worried.

It was around 9 at night and Ray still wasn't home.
I sat on the couch in the living room watching tv after putting the girls to bed. Normally that'd take all night.
I turned my head after hearing keys at the door and watched for no one other than Ray to come in. And he did, and it made me happy, but I was also extremely pissed.
"Where in the hell have you been!?" I yelled in a whisper.
"Listen baby, I can explain.."
"I don't want an explanation Ray! I shouldn't have to have an explanation from my husband as to which he hasn't called me all day! Why he's coming home at 9 and not telling me where the hell he's been!"
"I know you're mad baby, just listen.."
"I'm not listening to you right now.. Do you know what was going through my head!?" all he did was look at me and sighed.
"I know baby, I know.."
"No, you don't know! I thought you were cheating on me, Ray..." I looked at him and he looked at me and sighed.
He walked over to me and hugged me. He let go and looked me in the eyes and kissed my forehead, "I'm sorry.."
"Why didn't you call, Ray?"
