Blind Musician【SungJoy】HIATUS

Chapter 6

I didn't notice that I have fallen asleep, maybe because it was from 'thinking' too much.  I glanced at my watch and saw that it was 3 am. Quite early than my usual, actually. I debated with myself whether I should get up or sleep more. But since I slept enough, I decided to just start my day already.

"Hmm..." I stretched my arms and legs.

Then I went to the bathroom to freshen up. I also cooked some bacon and eggs for Wendy and I and after eating I decided to get some fresh air. 

I changed my clothes to a pastel yellow oversized shirt with a butterfly-print pyjamas. I also tied my hair into a messy bun before heading out to our balcony.

"Oh! My phone... almost forgot!" I chuckled to myself. 

I went back to my unit and searched for my phone. After finding it, I finally went outside.

I sat on a chair and let myself feel the beautiful morning. I felt beautiful today, so I took a sun-kissed selfie then posted it on my social media accounts. In just a minute or two, my phone dinged. It was a message from Sungjae. 

To be honest, I didn't expect he would contact me. 

From: Sungjae

Good Morning! How's your day?

I contemplated whether I should reply or not. But if I reply immediately, it will seem like as if I'm waiting for him to message me. Should I wait a little longer? Maybe 10 more seconds? A minute? Or am I just overthinking it? 

"Gah" I exclaimed. 

I sighed before finally typing my response.

To: Sungjae

Good Morning! I just woke up :)

I licked my lip. Do I seem intimidating? Why am I fussing over a text message. Calm thyself!

From: Sungjae

Hmm, I thought so. I saw your post just a moment ago

He saw?! How?

To: Sungjae

Aren't you... uh... blind? Wait! How are you messaging me?!

From: Sungjae

It's a secret ;)

To: Sungjae

Omg, you're not Sungjae aren't you?

From: Sungjae

Maybe, maybe not. Who knows?

To: Sungjae

You're his friend? I guess?
