Here in Rajbhavan of Ayodhya the three brothers of Ram were busy preparing for ashwamedh yagya.
Shatrughan: bhaiya ap ko nahi lagta Ram bhaiya aj kal kuch badle badle prateet hote hain?
Bharat: tumhara tatparya kya hai shatrughan?
Shatrughan: Mera tatparya ye hai bharat bhaiya, jo Ram bhaiya streeyon se koson door rehte the, kya vo aj kal rajkumariyon ke sath kuch jyada hi samay vyathith nahi kar rahe?
Lakshman smiled and answered him.
Lakshman: rajkumariya nahi shatrughan, kevel ek rajkumari kaho.
Shatrughan smiled at it but Bharat was totally confused with his brothers talks.
Bharat: Rajkumari? Konsi rajkumari ki bath kar rahe ho tum dono?
Lakshman: or kon Bharat bhaiya, vahi jinhone sampoorna aryavart ko apni karuna or sahas se mohith karne ke sath sath, hamare Ram bhaiya ke hridaya ko bhi mohith kar liya, ve or koi nahi videh ke Maharaj janak ki jest putri, rajkumari Sita he.
Shatrughan: ha apne nahi dekha aj Ram bhaiya kaise utsuk khade huve, unhe Ayodhya dikhane ke liye, me bhi yah sab dekh kar achambhit hun.
Lakshman: Prem manushya se yah sare karya karva tha he shatrughan jiski usne kalpana bhi na ki ho.
Bharat: Prem? Ram bhaiya ko rajkumari se prem hogaya?yah kaise sambhav he lakshman? Ram bhaiya tho unse balyakal me mile the, uske bad abhi mil rahe he.
Lakshman: apko kisne kaha, Ram bhaiya unse keval dusri bar mil rahe hai?
Shatrughan: iska tatparya ram bhaiya unse isse poorv or balyakal ke baad bhi mil chuke hai? Lekin kab?
Lakshman: ha shatrughan, tabhi bhaiyya ko rajkumari se prem huva tha shayad. Ap dono ko smaran he, do varsh poorv mein or Ram bhaiya Maharishi Atri ke ashram gaye the? Vahan ke chatron ko yuddha kala sikhane?
Bharat and shatrughan nodded for that.
Lakshman: vhin par hamari mulakat rajkumari Sita se huvi thi. Tab tho Ram bhaiya vahan par ghanto varthalap karthe the rajkumari se.
Shatrughan: or kya huva tha vahan par, bataiye na bhaiya.
Lakshman: ye kya keh rahe ho shatrughan? Ram bhaiya ki prem kahani mein kaise keh sakta hun? Ve jab ayenge tab unse tum swayam puch lena. Abhi sheeghratha se sare karya samapat karthe he.
And other two agreed and started completing the work.
Here the other side of Ayodhya Ram had brought the mithila princesses to the sarayu river. Ram and Sita got down first from the chariot and went near the banks of the river. But Urmila stopped other two sisters from going near Ram and Sita
Urmila: tum logonko ko nahi lagta ki hame Sita didi or yuvaraj Ram ko ekanth me samay vyathith karne Dena chahiye?
Mandvi: lagtha tho he Urmila, lekin ye kaise sambhav hai.
Shruta Kirti: vahi tho didi, ham yahan par unke sath ayen he, tho unhe ekanth kaise depayenge.
Urmila: iske liye pere pas ek upay he suno.
After discussing the plan they went near Ram and Sita.
Urmila: yuvraj hum tino udhar Jana chahte he, jahan par chudiyonnki dukhane lagi he na.
Ram was about to answer her but Sita interrupted her
Sita: keval tum tino? Me bhi chalungi tum logon ke sath, lekin pehle sarayu tat ki sundaratha tho dekle hum.
Mandvi: nahi didi , hum pehle waha Jake athe he, tab tak ap sarayu tat ka anand lijiye, nahi tho yahan se vahan jayenge tho vilamb ho jayega, or hame Rajbhavan bhi lautna he na?
Sita: ha yah bhi thik he. Kinthu tum logon ka akele Jana upyukth nahi hoga.
Shruth kirthi: akele Kahan honge didi? Sainik he na hamare sath. Ap yuvraj ke sath yahin rahiyega. Hum jaldi laut aayenge.
Sita:thik he, kinthu sambhal ke jana.
Three of them nodded and Ram instructed the soldiers to take care of the princesses safety.
Once they left Ram and Sita went near sarayu river. By looking at the beautiful river Sita became very happy. She touched the river water in her hands and started playing with it. Ram was not able to take his eyes away from her. Happy Sita in the embrace of nature was a feast to his eyes and heart.
Ram: muje gyath tha, apko sarayu tat bohot sundar lagega, or ap jab prakriti ke sameep rehti he tho athyanth prassan rehti he.
Sita: yuvraj, kabhi kabhi mujhe bhi vishwas nahi hota ki prakriti se ithna judav kaise he Mera? Kyun prakriti ke sameep me prassan rehti hun?
Ram smiled at her question.
Ram: ap tho bhumise hi ubji he, tho judaav tho swabhavik hai.
Sita: kintu, Bhumi se sabhi ubje he yuvraj.
Ram: ha bhumise tho sabhi ubje he, kinthu sabh apki tarha bhumija tho nahi hote. Ram smiled at her while saying this.
Sita: Bhumija?
Ram: ha, apko tho gyath hoga na?
Sita: kya?
By her question Ram realised that Sita had no clue about her miraculous birth. So he felt bad for saying this to her but he could not lie to her about it.
Ram: muje kshama kare rajkumari, muje gyath nahi tha ki maharaj janak ne iss vishay me apko kuch bataya nahi he.
Sita: kis vishay me yuvraj?
Ram was silent after her question. So Sita continued asking him.
Sita: yuvraj kripaya bataiye muje.
Ram: Sita.. .. Sathya yahi he ki apko maharaj janak ne kheth me hal chalate samay Paya tha.
Sita was shocked hearing this
But Ram continued.
Ram: Maine jithna guru vashist, pitaji or ma se suna tha, tabh mithila me barha varsh se akal tha, varsha ki ek boondh bhi nahi huvi thi, tabh ap maharaj Janak ko kheth joththe samay prapth huvi, apke prakat hothe hi megh joronse barse the or Mithila ka akal samapth huva tha. Isliye jab kabhi Mithila vasi se miltha hun tho sabhi yahin kehte he ki ap unke liye devi swaroopa he. Ap Mithila ki athma he Sita. Isliye apka ek or naam Bhumija bhi he.
Sita was completely numb hearing this story of her birth. She had a complete turmoil going in her mind but when she looked at Ram, she could see that, he was tensed too and was waiting for her words. So she smiled at him and saw him getting relaxed.
Sita: mein apka abhar vyakth kaise karun yuvraj? Aj apne meri janm katha bata kar mujpar bohot bada upkar kiya he. Aj me apne apko or bhi adhik bhagyashaali samajathi hun, kyonki muje maharaj Janak jaise pita mile, maharani sunaina jaisi matha mili, Urmila, mandavi or shrutakirti jaise behene mili, or mithilawasi jaise sambhandi mile or isiliye mein vasudha me mera janm dhanya manti hun.
At that time they heard shrutakirti calling and running towards them. So they both stood up.
Shrutakirti: didi... Dekhiye hum apke liye kya laye? Lal chudiyan... Apko athyanth Priya he na?
Sita smiled at her excitement.
Sita: kinthu tum tino tho apne liye chudiyan khareed ne gayi thi na?
Mandvi: ha didi. kinthu ham apki pasanditha chees dekhe or apke liye leke na aye, ye sambhav he?
Everybody smiled at her words
Urmila: me tho aj bohoth thak gayi hun, ab agar sare karya ho gaye ho tho yuvaraj kya hum Rajbhavan laute?
Ram : avashya
And he smiled at them.
Chaliye Sita?
But she did not answer and when he turned at her , he could see her completely engrossed in her thoughts. When he called her again she came out of her thoughts.
Sita: ha yuvaraj chaliye.
Through out the journey Ram noticed that Sita was extremely quiet. When they reached rajmahal they saw his three brothers waiting with a teasing smile on their face.
When Sita was about to enter the palace Ram called her again.
Ram: ap thik tho he na Sita?
He asked with concern. So she gave him a light smile.
Sita: mein thik hun yuvraj ap chinta na kare.
And she went from there. But Ram kept looking at her retreating figure with concern.
Once the rajkumaris went inside Ram's three brothers came near him with teasing smile.
Shatrughan: bhaiya... Chaliye ab batha bhi dijiye apki prem kahani.
Ram looked at him suspiciously.
So lakshman inturupted him.
Lakshman: nahi bhaiya ap ye bataiye ki aj apne kya baat ki rajkumari se. Kya apne unse apni hridaya ki baat kahi ki nahi.
But Ram didn't answer him. He was still looking at the entrance where Sita disappeared with concern filled eyes. Bharat saw this and asked him.
Bharat: kya huva bhaiya? Ap kuch vichalit prateet hote hain?
Ram: kuch nahi Bharat mein thik hun. Yagya ke sare karya samapth huve ki nahi?
Bharat: sab karya samapth huve he bhaiya ap ek baar dekh lijiye.
For that Ram nodded and went from there leaving his three brothers confused.
