"What?!"
"Uh yes. Not sure yet," I played with my fingers, looking at my feet.
"Nora, I can't believe this. Why didn't you tell us before?" Josie shook my shoulders.
"I wasn't aware of it until yesterday," I licked my lips.
"If you don't show him to us today, I'll swear to God!" Presley growled at me.
I nodded.
...
"Don't worry about it, things will go just fine."
"Fine? How? He already snatched my best friend from me. Now Kendrick avoids me. How am I not supposed to worry?" Adison cried.
"You don't have any other option, do you?" Robert kneaded Adison's back.
Adison put his hands together and started thinking about millions of things altogether.
"You shouldn't think too much about it," Robert consoled Adison several times saying the same thing all over again. Adison sighed at his words.
"I think I should leave now," Adsion got up from the chair. Robert looked up at him. Both of them had a moment of silence.
"I want him out," Adison spoke through his eyes which was successfully caught by Robert. He remained silent, not even uttering a word.
...
"X plus two, equals to fourteen. Josie, what is the value of X?"
Josie flinched at the sudden question the teacher threw at her. She started panicking, looking around for answers.
"Weren't you paying attention?" the teacher smiled at her.
"No no, the answer is 12," Josie answered as she speedily calculated the answer in her mind.
The teacher nodded and got back to teaching.
"Why always me?" Josie thought to herself, resting down her head.
...
"Nanc--"
"Please leave. I'm talking to someone. Don't you see?" Nancy yelled at Abby's call.
"Oh, I'm s--"
"Just leave already?" Nancy pushed Abby away, and started walking away with the company of hers.
"What's she doing with him?" Simon frowned.
"I know right? They're like oil and water," Presley laughed.
"Nancy was short of company, so probably she picked him up. After all, who else would want to roam around with such disgusting piece of dust," Josie laughed along with Presley.
Abby's expression was dull since she was treated that way by a senior. In fact, one of her closest and oldest friends.
"She used to be so nice. What's up with her now?" Abby thought.
"Ahh! Just ignore her. Don't let her get to you so easily, Abby," I patted her back and continued heading upstairs when the classroom's were being unlocked.
...
"Princes will always be a villain to a certain someone"
