The Sleepover

(Tails POV) Sonic and I headed to go dance and we we started to smile and giggle, we were having an amazing time, Kat as usual was slightly confused but just went with it and danced along with us! "Hey Sonic..what made you fall for me hmm??" I asked. "Oh well...you're just amazing in general, you can fly, you're funny,  you're helpful, you're adorable as well" He said, petting me. "Aghhh I don't like that stooop" I replied and pushed his hand off. "Heh fine" He says, grinning. We continue dancing a little more and I feel I'm not very good at it but I try. Then we see Cream headed towards us and I stare for a second then all of a sudden she's right in front of us. "Oh uhh hey Cream what's up!!" I said, while kinda confused. She giggles and says "Oh nothing just wanted to congratulate both of you, that's all. I love seeing people get along in such a great way true love can't be expressed through just letters it has to come from the heart and I'm sure you guys had really nice ones or well..I don't know but either way I'm happy" She says, as Sonic and I look at her, stunned. "I- we... okay then thank you Cream we appreciate it!!" I say with a huge smile on my face.
(Sonic POV) Tails was smiling and well as long as he's happy so am I! So we just started dancing again until Tails said he'd be right back and I looked at him confused. "Where are you going Tails???" I asked. "Oh don't worry about it!! I'll be right back I promise no need to worry ok?" He says still happy. "Uhh okay then go do whatever you need to!" I said out loud then I covered my mouth, then laughed and waited. He came back a few minutes later with the other half of the necklace that I gave him around his neck. He has the one that says My one. "Hehe you look great! Oh what am I talking about you look great in everything! " I said giving him a small kiss. "Nooo stoppp!!! I don't wanna start blushing againnn." Tails replies half-jokingly. "Alright alright hey, I think it's about time we wrap this party about don't ya think?" I asked him, clearly tired. Tails yawned as said "Ya I'll go announce it really quick be right back hun!" Tails said. I smiled and wondered how I met someone so amazing. Wait did he just call me hun??? Meh oh well I'm not really that kind of person with nicknames so. I hear Tails announce that he hopes everyone had fun tonight but that it was time to wrap it all up! Everyone started leaving and I was gonna leave when Amy stopped me. "Hey Sonic how are you? Hey, about the past of me nonstop pestering you..I'm sorry I should've backed off I didn't know better.. but thank you so much for setting me up with Shadow, he's not the nicest person ever, but he knows how to show affection when needed heh" Amy said. "I- oh it's alright Amy don't worry we were really young back then, I mean we're still young but doesn't matter, the past is in the past okay?? We've both found new lovers, speaking of which here come both of them." I said looking over at Tails and Shadow walking over and talking. "So what are you two talking about hmm?"I said to them grinning. "Oh it's nothing just about our past rivalries but we both know we've gotten over that! Either way thank you Amy for hosting this party! I couldn't have done this without you!" Tails says then he grabs my hand. "Oh it's no problem!! Since Sonic set me and Shadow up I figured I'd set you two up!" She says clearly happy. "Yeah....thanks for that btw dunno what so would've done without her...." Shadow says while looking down. "Well we have to go, I think we're both tired! Good night you two!" I said while walking out the door and waving. "So who's house??? Are we both staying in? Mine or yours?" Tails asked. "Well I guess mine since I know the way there!" I replied, and picked him up. "Wh-Woah! Sonic why are you picking me up?" Tails asked, clearly confused. "How else would I run with you hmm?" I said smiling. "Ohhh!! Then let's go! Off to your house and off to bed!" He said. I nodded then I took off we were at my house in no time at all and I open the door. "Home sweet home! Ahhh I love this place.. but not as much as you" I said while booping Tails on the nose. "Hehe okay, so where do I sleep??" The couch orrr..." Tails asked. "Uhhh? Hello? You're sleeping with me you dummy! Come on let's go!" I say while grabbing his hand and taking him to my bedroom. "Oh well that's fine I guess!" He says happily. I start to get ready for bed. I grab a towel and then head into my bath room. I put the towel down and then I turn on the water in the shower, then I sit and wait for it to warm up, then I take my shower, it felt nice so I took a while and Tails popped in once to check on me, he had a feeling I was fine but he just wanted to check. I finished my shower and started drying off, that's probably one of the best parts. Having a nice towel wrapped around you after a nice shower. But after I was done with my whole towel fiasco I got out of the bathroom and told Tails he could go if he wanted but if he wanted not to he didn't have to. He grabbed a towel as well and headed into the bathroom and soon I heard the water running and so I sat down and started messing around just watching TV and thinking. An hour later Tails comes out looking really happy. "OMG I feel so much better! I love me a good shower! So what are you watching?" Tails asked, clearly very refreshed. "Oh nothing really I was just waiting for you so we could go to bed." I said, really tired. "Oh well then ok I'm here now so, let's go to sleep!" He said and yawned. Tails and I both crawled into the bed. Tails fell asleep before I did and wrapped his arms around me, he was warm and soon I fell into a deep sleep.....

(OMG Hello everyone! I'm sorry it's been so long I completely forgot I was making this story for a period of time there!! Hope you all enjoyed this chapter and I'm hoping I can continue to write more and more soon!! But school is gonna be starting soon so it'll be more difficult!!! Anyways goodbye everyone!!)
