“Hey!” Jessie shouted at me.

Lara and Jessie are currently in the hospital cafeteria. Lara and Jessie would have talked about eating outside, but Jessie could see Lara's situation. She seemed tired. It seems like she was carrying the whole world.

As Lara's face sank into their table. Jessie stared at Lara intently, as if wondering what she was up to. Earlier, she was yawning and yawning in the station area; she couldn't talk properly because every question she asked was just answered by her yawns.

There was a time Miss Tyra scolded her for her wrongdoing. Miss Tyra Shin is their senior; she raised them up, so they respect her a lot when they are being scolded or reprimanded. She's a kind and outgoing person. Just so, when it comes to work, she wants all her team to be focused on what they are doing because human lives are at stake.

“Lara, please eat.” Jessie wakes up Lara, who was now still stretching her body and yawning.

“You're so unbelievable; you've been like that lately, ah! Where have you been lately, and you now look like a pathetic woman?” Jessie asked her.

Instead of answering her, she just sighed at her while staring at the food.

“Hey, girl! Do you want me to admit you here in our hospital?” Jessie's teasing of her caused Lara to laugh at her.

“Crazy! It's just a long story; it looks like something went wrong.” she said sullenly as she played with the spoon of her food that she had not eaten.

“That looks serious, ah? Let's talk about that after our shift. It's Saturday tomorrow and our shift will be in the evening. Let's go to our usual spot, my treat!” she said briskly to Lara.

She could only answer with a sigh. She wonders, if she tells a story to her, where will she start? Because she herself is already confused.

“Stop sighing there! You might run out of air! For now, just focus on the patients first, because Doc Shin, because she might sure to transfer you to another department again,” Jessie warned Lara.

She became alert to what her friend was saying. She was rushing to eat because of what her friend had said. Furthermore, she didn't want that to happen again. Yes, Tyra is her friend, but when she threatens, it will be true. When it comes to their profession, there are no friends. She didn't want that to happen. Perhaps by chance, she would be thrown back into the States. She was once transferred by the department because of her misfortune.

Her parents were angry because they felt embarrassed to have her as their daughter, and second, she promised her parents that she would not be a headache to them. According to her parents, she was still an intern, but she got transferred to another department too early because she was still sloppy. She was deeply hurt by what her parents had said. But she prefers to swallow it all by herself.

Occasionally, she is asked why she is treated differently, as if they do not consider her a child. She endured all the hurtful words from her parents and ended up chasing their attention and approval. She will admit to being very thirsty for her parents' attention. When she was a child, they always noticed her mistakes, and there was never a moment when she heard praise for her good deeds. So, that's how alert she was when she heard the word move.

As much as possible, I will do anything just for them. If that makes them happy and calm, I will do as much as I can. I want them to be happy, and at the same time, I am waiting for their attention, which makes me worthy and not worthless to this family.

As time went on, there were more and more patients in the hospital, so they went home in the morning. The conversation between them about going to out were canceled, they just decided to go home and rest. When she got home, she immediately fell onto her bed without bothering to clean or even get dressed. She was physically and emotionally tired that day; she couldn't even charge her phone.
