First Griffindor Malfoy(1st Year)

Quidditch

Quidditch season was very near.Harry was really exited but nervous as well.It made Draco and Ron a bit too mad.Harry had actually got selected for Merlin's sake!
Hermione was the only one of the four who managed to put up with Harry's endless blabbering.'Probably because she doesn't even listen to him since she keeps reading' Draco thought.Having Hermione with them meant that the three did rather well in school.Draco wasn't that bad but still did not manage to beat Hermione.He came second to her always except in potions.And he was behind Harry in DADA.That was not Draco's fault anyways.Who could pay attention in that class with Quirell smelling like garlic?
And well Harry had another suspicion and was blabbering about that too.He suspected that Snape was going to steal whatever 'Fluffy' was guarding in the 3rd floor.While it did seem like all evidence was pointing to Snape..Draco did not accept it.Hermione did not either.But both reasons were quite different.While Draco did not accept the accusation just because he didn't want to , Hermione did not because Snape was someone whom Dumbledore trusted.
Anyways it was quidditch today and Harry was going to play.Draco was jealous of Harry but was nevertheless happy and proud of his friend.Ron,Draco and Hermione went to the stands.The game began.It seemed like Harry had not spotted the snitch.Well anyways Draco was enjoying Jordan's commentary.He remembered that Jordan was Ron's brothers' friend, but...well Ron did have a lot of siblings.Draco wished he had at least one.
'Hagrid!'Hermione shouted.Draco had taken a liking to the half-giant and enjoyed talking to him.
The trio made way for Hagrid.Suddenly Harry's broom went mad.Harry was holding onto it for the love of his life.
'Bloody Hell'Ron told.That was when Draco spotted Snape muttering a spell.It seemed that Hermione had spotted that too.
'I'm going to distract him'Hermione said and took off.
"HERMIONE wait" Draco shouted.As much as he trusted Hermione ,Draco did not want her to get into trouble.He followed her.They made their way to the teacher's stand.Draco was busy looking at Harry that he did not realise that Hermione had set Snape's robe on fire.Before he could register what had happened Hermione grabbed him and took off.Harry was stable now.Finally Harry caught the snitch...well that was not what Dravo was surprised of.He was surprised that Hermione had actually set Snape's robe  on fire.
But well he was surprised...or disgusted he did not know ..Harry had swallowed the snitch.Well brushing that away Draco congratulated Harry."Well done mate!Knew you had it in you!"Ron and Hermione did the same too.
They all went back to the griffindor tower.Now Draco trusted that Snape was the culprit but Hermione being.....well Hermione did not accept.
Anyways the boys talked a bit more about quidditch in the dorm and fell asleep.Draco wondered what on earth Snape would want to do with whatever Fluffy was guarding and fell asleep.

The four made their way over to Hagrid's.They were talking about school and other random things till Harry brought up the whole'Snape made my broom go mad stuff' .
"I think..scratch that .I am sure that Sanpe is trying to steal whatever Fluffy is guarding!"Said Draco.
"Why on Earth would he?"Asked Hagrid.
"All evidence points to him Hagrid!"Said Hermione
"He made Harry's broom go mad so that we won't be able to find that out!" added Ron.
"There is no way Snape would do that.He is one of the teachers guarding the..."Hagrid stopped.
"The what Hagrid?"Harry pressed.
"Nothing don't you mind that "
"Come on Hagrid we need to know !Only then we can stop him!"Draco added.
"Whatever that is ,is between Dumbledore and Nicolas Flameless.."Hagrid paused again.
"So there is a Nicolas Flamel?"Said Harry.
Hagrid seemed to be quite mad at himself.The four friends sensed this and quickly went away....
