you looked down one more time and saw the water crash down on the rocks.

you were prepared. prepared to be at peace once again.

"i'm coming mommy" you murmured.

right as you were going to throw yourself from the 60+ cliff, an enormous lightning bolt filled the sky.

you snapped out of it.

you looked at what direction it struck from. it was across down. you could see the whole city from where you were. you followed where it struck.

it struck right next to the graveyard your mom was burried.

you were astonished.

"m-momma?" you whispered as tears left your eyes.

you looked at you feet and scared your self. you feel back crawling away from the ledge.

you stood back up.

"mommy, was that you??" you cried.

the thunder filled the sky.

you cried harder.

"thank you for saving me mommy" you cried again.

you backed up not keeping your eyes off the ledge.

you were fully aware of what you were doing. but you couldn't control it.

you cried harder than before.

you burried you head into your soaked sleeves and cried.
