While the three young people are venturing the road to Port Callen, Allen Alex and Thea are so excited to go to the Dragon's Lair.Alex can we stop for a while? I'm not really use to wear armors like men. I'm not really comfortable with it. Let me change my clothes for a while. OK let's camp here it's getting darker  Allen. Let's make a camping site here.Maybe you're right Alex, it's not safe to travel by night. OK I will collect some woods to make a campfire.Hey Allen I will change now, turn around and don't look. Thea changes and Allen speaks. Thea I think you will be the first female dragon rider if you will pass the test, most women are taking care of households, but not like you, you are with us and you are going to take the dragon's test. Your father will be proud of you, and looks like he really want you to be a dragon rider.While Thea is changing. My father is very protective man, especially to me but this time I understand why he let me join the dragon test. I think he want me to learn combat abilities for me to be able to defend myself from danger. He mentioned me something before that he wants me to explore different places and meet different people when I become a dragon rider. I'm done changing now  Allen you can turn around now. ehhehehehehehe.Hey guys let's light up the twig and pieces of woods I collected and fry some meat for our dinner. As the night goes by, Allen is sitting by the cliff, and Alex approaches with Thea. You look worried Allen. Thea said. I'm worried about what will become of us when we became dragon riders, we will go to war, we will battle the evil dragon Niddhog. Allen no matter what happens we will all remain as friends and that's a promise. And the three of them smiled to each other. Suddenly they heard something moving from the bushes. eeeeeeeeekkkkkkkk! Thea ran at the back of alex and allen. As they waited for the thing to come out of the bushes. Allen and Alex draws their swords. Allen speaks, Whoever or whatever you are come out of there and show your face.A old wounded man suddenly bumped out of the bushes, and Alex rushed aided the old man.UUGGGGHHHHH!! I can't stand please help me young lads. Allen let's put him on my blanket and let's tend his wounds. I'll be right back, I'll get some water from the riverside.While Alex is getting some water from the riverside he was suddenly surrounded by fireflies.What a nice view, i never though there is a place like this. The fireflies are glowing like the stars in the sky, and the rushing of the water in the river makes me feel sleepy. Oh I almost forgot I need to get this water back to the camp. As he goes back to the camp, the fireflies fused together and forms a ball of light and a face is formed. They are spirits of the wild, they live in fertile forest and guards it from anyone who will try to destroy it. They are called Wisp, they are also called the eye of mother nature. Wisp 1: This man has a pure heart, I think he really deserves it. Wisp 2: We will watch their every move, and judge by how they decide.Alex goes back to the camp. Alex it seems he was attacked, i don't know what it is but by looking at the wounds they are marks of a creature with a claw.Thea let's tend his wounds. After tending the wounds of the old man, few moments while they are sitting by the camp fire, the old man wakes up.Where am I? UUGGGGGHHH!!!! Hold up, don't move too much please or your wounds will open up again, Thea said. Allen asked the old man, What is your name? and what happened? You can call me Barclay, I'm a wanderer and I'm looking for my grand daughter. Where is she? Alex asked.We were going to Port Callen to ride a boat to the City of Argos, but rumbles of rocks blocked the mountain pass and we decided to take a detour by the Forest of the Mist, when a bearlike monster suddenly grabs her and when i tried to get my grand daughter back I can't even hit the monster and I ended up like this. She was taken to the Forest of Mist not so far away from here. It is the only way now to reach Port Callen.I will help you find your grand daughter, Alex said. Hey Alex are you sure? we don't even know what is out there! and we don't even know if that kid is still alive, What do you think Thea? I always helped other people in need Allen that's why i will go where Alex goes. But if it gets too dangerous we should retreat OK Alex? I agree Thea, OK let's all take a rest and start the search tomorrow when the sun rises. And the old man said, Thank you young lads, people nowadays will just leave you and will not help you. Here Barclay eat this, I bet you are hungry. Barclay smiles and said, Thank you Thea.While Alex and the others are sleeping. Allen stands up and  pulls out a cross necklace and looked at it. Father I will become a dragon rider, I will never fail you, please guide me to the right path wherever you are. after while Allen goes back to sleep.HEY! HEY! Allen! Wake up sleepy head!. Thea just a little more please? No Allen we need to be ready early, we need to help sir Barclay. Allen stands up and prepares himself. While the others are preparing, Alex sat down beside Barclay who is sitting beside the horses. Alex told Barclay, we can't promise that we can bring back your grand daughter. What's her name? Her name is Glacia. Alex how old are you? I'm 19 years old sir, Allen is much older than me hes 20 years old and Thea is just 18 years of age. You are all still young but at your age you all think like adults. Let me come with you in search for my grand daughter in the forest. Are you sure sir? your wounds are still not fully healed. I'm OK  now Alex don't worry. OK sir ride with me later.After some preparations, Alex and the others went to the blocked mountain pass. It's really impossible to pass Alex, piles of big rocks are blocking the place. Allen I think a landslide occurred here, Thea said. You are really good in analyzing Thea, We have no choice but to take the road to Forest of Mist. Alex we must take care once we enter the forest, different monsters and creatures are lurking in that place, Barclay said. They went to the entrance of the forest. Growls and humming voices are heard inside the forest.Alright guys let's go and look for Glacia. As soon as they entered the forest, they felt movements above the trees.Be careful Alex. something is above us and I don't know what it is. I know sir Barclay I can feel it too, Thea Allen stay close. I'm scared Allen. Don't let your guard down Thea, we don't even know what it is.THERE! IT'S JUMPING ACROSS THE TREES! Allen shouted.Stop shouting Allen, you will attract more monsters. Barclay said.All of a sudden wolves came out of the bushes and surrounded Alex and the others. And there is also the creature that lurks above the trees. Thea draws her sword and they all compressed themselves to defend each other.Will they be able to find Glacia? will they be able to survive this forest?
