The celebrations were finally over, a couple of hours earlier than originally planned. The party would've been ruined if it wasn't for Dr Fox's quick thinking, a simple tray of frosted muffins and a multiplication potion did the trick. But it was clear that the absence of cake was a letdown for the guests.

Unikitty wouldn't let that stand, Richard spent hours baking and decorating that cake for the citizens, so having the Doom Lords steal it for themselves wasn't something she would let slide. She and her friends had already left the castle a couple of hours ago, after some quick investigating Dr Fox had discovered how Master Frown had stolen the cake, mounting it on a cart and escaping using one of the castle's many back doors.

Wheel tracks leading to the forest gave them all they needed to track him down and get their cake back.

They had left a mere thirty minutes ago and still had seen no traces of Master Frown or their cake besides one or two drops of frosting on the mud along the way.

Puppycorn groaned "Sis we need to stop! My feet hurt!"

Unikitty looked back at him and shook her head "I am sorry little bro, but if we stop to rest then Master Frown will get away, and we can't let him ruin our subject's day! Not again!"

Puppycorn sighed and kept walking before being picked up by Hawkodile and carried along the way. Dr Fox meanwhile was walking at the front of the group guiding them through the dark forest.

Puppycorn turned his attention to Hawkodile and spoke to him in a low voice "hey, psst, Hawk! You finally asked Dr Fox out? How did it go?"

Hawkodile let out a soft sigh "I froze up, champ... I didn't ask her out, I panicked!"

The young prince rolled his eyes "oh not again... I really thought you had it this time...!"

The strong guard opened his mouth to reply, but was cut of when Dr Fox stopped and pointed ahead. "There he is!".

In front of them were Master Frown and Brock, with their cart stuck in the mud, trying to get it free "Come on Brock push! Don't leave all the work to me!".

Unikitty's fur turned red as she stomped her way towards the pair. "MASTER FROWN!" she yelled, enraged "YOU TOOK OUR CAKE! YOU RUINED OUR PARTY!"

Both boys jumped as the furious princess yelled at them, Brock was quick to hide behind the cart while Frown just leaned against it with a smug smile

"Hello there princess! What an unexpected surprise to see you here!" he did seem nervous and tried his best to hold the smile, even as Unikitty stopped in front of him and put her face to his.

"YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE THAT CAKE BACK TO THE CASTLE!" She roared.

Frown gulped but held the smile regardless "oh man Uni I haven't seen you this mad since we were dating!"

Unikitty's furious expression changed to that of anger mixed mild embarrassment, her fur turning a reddish-pink "we broke up a year ago Frown, your little games won't work on me this time!"

Frown chuckled and gulped again "oh no, of course not! No tricks here Uni! And I am afraid this cake isn't going anywhere but Frowntown tonight, we won already so you shouldn't be a sore loser and help us get this cart out of the mud"

Unikitty's fur turned red again and her horn lit on fire "FROWN....!" she growled at him, holding onto the car and pulling back "This cake is going BACK to my castle!"

Frown held to the cart and pulled in the opposite direction "Oh no princess! You lost already!"

Unikitty pulled the cart, Frown pulled back, rocking it back and forth... as well as the cake. Both of them were too distracted to notice and kept going until the cake started to lean to the side, eventually falling on the dirty mud road, getting completely ruined.
