Kuroo POV
I steeple my fingers and sigh heavily.
"Let me get this straight," I look at him through half-opened eyes, a judgemental expression on my face.
"You think that Yamaguchi is in love, with your manager, because of the way he looks at her?" I try to say it as slow as possible, trying to knock it into his head how dumb that sounds.
"Y'know, for someone with good grades you're incredibly stupid,"
I take another sip of my coffee, still looking at him. As expected, he tenses up and looks annoyed at my remark. As soon as he opens his mouth to protest I cut him off.
"Tsukki, you salty bastard, has it ever crossed your mind that he looks at you the same way? And he always tries to spend time with you despite your, well, attitude."
He opens his mouth, closes it, and opens it again.
"Is this true?"
Aces, this guy really is stupid.
"Yeah, why do you sound so shocked though? It's obvious, everyone can tell." He shakes his head at that, obviously in disbelief
"No. No way." He glares at me. "You're lying, aren't you?" I shrug, stirring my coffee.
"Suit yourself," Leaning back in my chair, I smile at him, "Well, if you're so sure he doesn't like you, guess we're done here, I'll pay, and you can go to your practice!" I stand up, calling over the server who smiles at me and I hand her my card.
"Thank you," she scans my card before handing it back.
I nod at Tsukishima before opening the door and walking out. I walk for a couple of steps before I hear his footsteps behind me. I pause, not having turned around yet, and hear him say,
"Wait, Kuroo," I slowly pivot on my heel, a smirk twisting my lips.
"Yes? Tsukki?"
He gulps, before continuing,
"I have an idea,"
