Twister and his family are about to go up north to the East Coast for vacation. They're going to Niagara Falls for a couple of days to see some amazing sightseeing, which should be enjoyable. But in Ocean Shores, Otto and the others now have to find a new replacement who is experienced with extreme sports and can help them get ready for their street hockey semifinals that are coming up shortly.
Fortunately, Otto's sister, Reggie, recruits a blonde-haired teenage girl from a huge family in Royal Woods and hopes that the new member can positively help in any way possible. However, due to her naivety and obsession with fashion, this person creates a HUGE issue for Otto, Reggie, and Sam.
