Today is the day of my retrial thank God. My dad is going to take me so they don't suspect anything between me and Shawn although nothing is going on. When we got there I saw my mom sitting there watching me with anger in her eyes.

Has any new evidence surfaced since our last meeting? The judge asked and my lawyer brought the crate forward.

Your honor this is the knife used at the time of the homicide. Also your honor I would love to present you with pictures and evidence that Miss. Knowles is not guilty of murdering the victim Donavon Price. My lawyer said as the bailiff took the evidence to the judge.

We're going to play the tape. The judge said and the surveillance tape played.

As you can see my client wasn't in the apartment until two hours after the killing happened and after close examination of the video I can assure that the woman in the video is Mrs. Tina Knowles. My client is asking for her record to be cleaned and full custody of her younger sister Solange. My lawyer stated.

Mrs. Knowles what do you have to say? The judge asked my mother who was sitting there with a smirk on her face

With all do respect your honor this isn't my trial. She said

That wasn't the question Mrs. Knowles but I'll let it slide since your trial will be coming up soon. The judge replied

Your honor I would like to call key witness Shawn Carter to the stand. The lawyer said

Mr. Carter you have been miss Knowles councilor for the past two weeks?Correct?

Within those two weeks has miss Knowles showed any signs of being capable of killing someone? The lawyer asked

No Sir when she arrived at my family practice the only time miss Knowles ever "misbehaved" was when her mother or her friend Nicki came to visit. Shawn said

In the case of Knowles VS. Price the jury finds Beyoncé Knowles..... NOT GUILTY of the murder of Donavan Price. The judge announced and Solange jumped on me.
