This ones for Gravity Falls.
Get ready for some math and hard thinking.
OK. We all know that the number 6-18 is hidden throughout gravity falls. If you didn't, well today is your lucky day.
But I have a theory. The entire show is based around the number 3 and the number 4. Mostly 3.
There are 3 (main) journals. And a 4th. Ford has 6 fingers on each had and six yoes on each foot. This adds up to 12 toes and 12 fingers. He also has 12 PhDs. 12÷3 is 4.
Furthermore, 6 and 18 are both divisible by 3. 6÷3 is 2. 18÷3 is 6. Which divided by three again is 2. So the two twos can addto make 4.
Mind blown yet? Theres more.
Mabel and Dipper are supposed to be 12. And Stan and Ford are 68 if you do the math. Both 12 and 68 are divisible by 4. 12÷4=3 and 68÷4=17. 17+3=20. 20×3=60. As in 60° that come in threes etc, etc.
Bill Cipher has 3 sides and three angles. When he goes giant and evil in weirdmageddon he breaks into 3 parts. Each of the 3 angles have 60°. Which is divisible by 3.
And there are 15 henchmainiacs if you count Bill Cipher, and count all the eye bats as one. 15 is divisible by 3.
To take it further, at the beginning of the show there are 3 people in the Pines Family. That show up. At the end there are 4. Not counting breif appearances in backstorys.
AND there are 2 sets of twins, thus 4 twins. And there are 3 side characters we still know (and love) and those are Wendy, Soos, and Lazy Susan. They don't get as much screen time as the main characters but are still very important. Lazy Susan has as much time on screen as Wendy if you count the mini episode shorts things.
The shape shifter is experiment #210. 2+1+0 is 3.
Three unicorns
There is another set of twins in gravity falls. Their nanes are Shmabel and Smipper. They're complete opposites of Mabel and Dipper and are only really featured in episode 2 of season 1 but are throughout the show in the background. You know what that means. 3 sets of twins.
Then there are the three villians with multiple appearances. Gideon, Pacifica and obviously Bill.
Three main animals. Gompers, Jeff, and obviously Waddles.
3 episodes to weirdmageddon
Sir Lord Quentin Trembly the THIRD Esquire.
Dipper clone 3 is missing. And so is 4.
Then there are background characters we see more than once. Blubs, Durland, Bud, Toby, Sandra, Manly Dan, Wax Larry King, Agent Powers, Agent Trigger, Blenden Blanden, McGucket and Robbie. These we see more than once and know their names, but they aren't main characters. Thats 12. Divide by 4 or 3 and you'll get the other. 3x4 is 12.
Tripped out yet?
Now Ill drop something real on you. Matter particals come in 3s. And a triangle is the strongest shape in nature. Just sayin.
So I chalk this all up to either a VERY strange coincidence (Go ahead and make Tad Strange jokes here) or Alex Hirsch was building up more to drop something on us. 3 probably can be linked to Bill. Or perhaps a season 3?? And 4 can most likely be linked to the 4th journal.
Just another Mystery of Gravity Falls.
Perhaps one we can solve?
