chapter 48(Near Deaths and a Karaoke night)

(Billy's POV)

It's currently 8:20 in the morning and I've been awake for roughly an hour working on a new song as well as the girls second song since I've been putting it to the side. I'm sitting in the music room with my legs up on the desk while drinking a coffee. I sense someone walk into the kitchen and yawn quietly as I say

Me: You should be in bed not down here

Voice: So should you

I spin the chair around and see my gorgeous wife looking at me from the kitchen before heading into the music room and saying

Akali: What you working on

Me: Another song for use and a new song for me that I'm probably gonna sing at mine and Ahri's wedding

Akali: So your gonna do the same thing what you did to me

Me: Yeah sorry for making you think I left

Akali: You should be but then Kieran and Jin pointed down the isle as you started to play the guitar and singing so you made up for it

Me: Well that's good

I spin back around and face the desk as she leans over me while rubbing my back and says softly

Akali: One call away

Me: Yeah cause if use ever need me I'm only one call away

Akali: We know that

Me: I know. Besides I may be singing this song at mine and Ahri's wedding but it's for both of you

Akali: I figured that

She wraps her arms arond my neck as she reads out the other song

Akali: Give it to me I'm worth it. Ok that doesn't sound like a song we should be singing hun

Me: I know just wait till its done then decide

She nods and yawns only to have me say

Me: You should go back to bed babe

Akali: Not with out you

Me: Hun I really want to finish these

Akali: Then I'm staying down here

I chuckle and kiss her on the cheek as I say

Me: As you wish

She smiles at me while I continue writing the lyrics for both songs only to have me say

Me: Your not gonna fall asleep this time right

Akali: No not this time

Me: Ok then

I start humming the tune for my song while I continue with the lyrics. I lean back in the chair, grab a set of drumsticks and start to tap/drum on my legs as well as tapping my foot. I yawn as I spin the drumstick between my fingers on my left hand and lean on the desk as Akali says

Akali: You alright hun?

Me: Hmm oh yeah just have a mental blank

Akali: Does that happen often

Me: Only when I'm writing a song hahaha

She makes her way over to me and takes a seat beside me only to lean against my left arm while I continue spinning the drumstick

Akali: Is that hard to do?

Me: What spinning the drumstick?

Akali: Yeah it looks so easy to do
