Chapter 7

Before I knew it the bell rang for school to end and I started wiping down desks. Just as I had thought everyone had leff I turned around to see Midoriya cleaning the chalkboard.

"Oh no, no, no, no, no, no, no. My job not yours"

I said quickly walking over to him, grabbing the eraser out of his hand. He looked up at me with no expression written on his face. Midoriya grabbed the wipe that I was wiping down tables with and began cleaning the desk.

"Midoriya no"

I walked back over to him, taking the wipe out of his hand. He tried grabbing the eraser again but this time I pull it away, towering it above my head, out of his reach. He tried jumping to grab it, but soon stopped realizing that it would be impossible to do so.

"What's wrong? to short?"

I said teasingly, as I devilish smile appeared on my face. Midoriya didnt look to pleased by my comment, as he looked up at me with a 'you did not just go there' kind of look. A smile spred on his lips and I could tell he was up to something. Whys be doing this, this is my punishment not his.
My thoughts were interrupted when I felt 2 hands on the back of my neck. Midoriya stood on his tippy toes and did a quick peck on my lips, making me drop the eraser and turn pink. He took the eraser wasting no time at all as he finished cleaning the chalkboard so I gave in and let him help me. As I finished cleaning the tables I couldnt get my mind off what happened. Why did he kiss me?, I thought he was straight?, did he do it to get a reaction? or because he likes me?" Right when me and Midoriya finish, Aizawa walks in, inspecting the room before saying.

"Ok your free to go"

"What about my-?"

"There is no detention"

Aizawa said cutting me off. Midoriya took my hand and pulled me out of the classroom looking excited. I chuckled a little remembering the suprise I promised him. I know just the place in mind.

"Let's get out of these uniforms first then I'll show you your suprise"

Midoriya nodded in agreement with a small smile.

"After you get dressed meet me at the park near the woods"

We exchanged numbers before going are separate ways, my house was a 10min walk from school so it didnt take long for me to get there. I opened the front door and was greeted by Fuyumi.

"Welcome home Shoto, how was school?"

"It was ok..."

I answerd looking around the house.

"Where is he?"

"Oh fathers off doing patrol today, so you dont have to worry about him"

"Good"

I stated coldly before walking into my room, shutting the door behind me. I got dressed in jeans, a gray sleeveless shirt hoodie, and black converse. I grabbed a black bandana and stuck it in my back pocket before leaving my room.

"Where are you going?"

Fuyumi asked stopping me in the hallway.

"I'm going out, don't tell father"

"Just be back for dinner"

I left the house and made my way to the park that was a 15min walk away. I checked my phone as I was walking to see a text from Midoriya.

Midoriya

M: I'll be running a little late

I read the message and texted back almost immediately.

That's okay, take your time, I'm not :T rushing you. Just be careful, I dont         want you getting hurt.

I sat down on a bench waiting for him and maybe 10min later he showed up in black pants, green hoodie, and his red high tops, but he didnt look right. He looked as if he'd been crying.

"Are you okay? what happened?"

Midoriya only gave me a smile to reassure me, but it didnt reassure me at all, if anything it worried me more cause I knew that smile was fake. I decided I would let it go (no pun intended) until we got to where I wanted to take him.

"Are you ready?"

He nodded his head yes, looking around trying to figure out what the suprise was. I grabbed his attention as I asked.

"Do you trust me?"

He took a moment to think before hesitantly nodding his head yes. A smile made it's way onto my lips as I spoke.

"So you wouldnt mind me asking, to close your eyes so I can put this over them"

He looked scared as I pulled the black bandana out from my pocket but calmed a little when I gave him a soft smile. He closed his eyes telling me it was okay to do so. I walked behind him and placed the bandana over his eyes, tieing it on him. I took his hands as they were shaking from nervousness, leading him to the entrance of the woods. Midoriya stopped when he heard a twig break under his feet and tried to pull away a little.

"Hey it's okay, we just have to go through the woods to get to the thing I want to show you"

He relaxed a bit, but I could tell he was still keeping his guard up. Even if he said he trusts me, I know he probly dosnt. As we keep walking I can see are destination in the distance.

"Were almost there"

I felt his hands grip mine a little tighter as we came to a stop.

"This place is a secret, so you cant tell anyone about it"

I continued before taking the blind fold off him.

"I always come here to get away from distractions and think about my problems, I come here alot, especially on the weekends"

I took the blind fold off his eyes reveling a tree house, leaving Midoriya in awe. He quickly started climbing the ladder as I chuckled at his excitement. I climbed after him, meeting him at the top as Midoriya sat in one of my bean bags. He had the cutest smile on his face that I could cherish forever, I stood in the middle of the tree house meeting Midoriyas eyes before he got up and gave me a tight hug. I couldnt help but chuckle as I said.

"Your welcome"
