Chapter 9

"Midoriya, hide under my bed. No matter what happens you have to promise that you wont come out till he leaves"

Midoriya had worry all over his face, but simply nodded making his way to my bed. I unlocked the door and opened it reveling my father stareing down at me with pure rage in his eyes.

"Where were you last night, and shouldn't you be at school right now?"

His tone was harsh like his gaze but I didnt let him scare me as I gave a cold annoyed stare back, I came up with a pretty good lie knowing he would most likely not believe me.

"I was out late last night and got caught in the rain. Woke up this morning feeling sick so I skipped school"

"DONT LIE TO ME SHOTO!!!"

He picked me up by my neck making my shoes barly touch the ground as I fought for air. His eyes looked at me with no mercy as he finally dropped me, making me gasp for air as I fell to the floor.

"Your weak Shoto, this is what skipping your training does to you"

He left my room, followed by a slam from the front door later. Midoriya quickly crawled out from under my bed with tears flowing down his cheeks, quickly making his way over to me. I sat up against the wall catching my breath as I felt Midoriya checking up on me.

"Its ok, I'm fine"

He still looked up at me with a worried expression knowing that I really wasn't fine. I got up and sat against the head of my bed with my legs criss crossed, he got up after me laying on my bed with his head in my lap as I began.

"You've heard of quirk marriage's right, well my mom was forced to marry my father, cause my father wanted someone powerful enough to take the #1 spot which ended up being me"

Midoriya looked up at me with sadend eyes knowing where this was probably going.

"He'd train me till I was coughing up blood or throwing up on the floor, and if my mom tried to intervene he would hit her. Over the years my fathers gotten more abusive and careless on where he leaves bruises on me"

I did realize Midoriya was now sitting in front of me until he brought my face up to meet his. He crawled over to me, sitting on my lap facing me, and hugged me burying his nose in the crook of my neck. I hugged him back as I contemplated on telling him my feelings, you know what fuck it, you only live once.

"I love you"

I said casually as if it was nothing, but on the inside I was freaking out. I have only known him for 3 days know and here I am already confessing my love to a boy who I barely know anything about. I dont even know if he likes me in that way. Midoriya let go of the hug and looked at me with a suprised and questioning look as he placed his hands on my shoulders looking into my eyes for clues. Shit he probly hates me now. I felt a pair of lips meet mine. I was suprised by the sudden touch but I leaned in depending the kiss as I placed my hand on the back of his neck. Midoriya pulled away first looking away from me with a shy smile and blush. I started chuckling at the greenettes cuteness as he leaned his forehead onto my chest hiding his face.

"OMG your adorable"

He burried his face further into my chest as it went red all over, wrapping his arms around my waist in the process making me chuckle again. I heard the front door open and Natsuo make himself know as he closed the door.
