Go to town,
take a look around,
you take the green fields
turn them all brown.

I'm emotional,
I'm antisocial,
that's just my nature,
but that doesn't mean
I want you to go.

My limbs branch out first
and I am rooted on earth,
I exist within this planet,
I breathe it within me
and yet, I'm still hurt.

I'm emotional,
I feel it all,
that's just my nature,
I won't change it,
it's too much to lose,
all that I am, it's unnatural.

You can strip away
everything, violate
every part of humanity,
it hurts to say we're the same,
that it runs in our DNA.
This pain is hereditary.

In the tributaries of my veins,
my blood screams your name,
it's all natural. It's unnatural
that I can't wash you out.
I can't take the waste you burnt
and make them green from brown.
I know, I hate that I can't change
the places and people where I came
from, but I can make my own way.

It's only natural to grow up.
