I woke up early to go and see Y/N. I got a phone call from the hospital saying that she could die. I got Charlotte and Lilly and everyone else and we all went to the hospital. We all got their and the doctors said that she was going to die today. Everyone said their last goodbyes and waited in the waiting room. I still had Charlotte and Lilly. Charlotte said goodbye and gave her a hug and I took Lilly and Charlotte to the waiting room.
It was only me with Y/N, they were going to turn her life support off. I said, "Y/N my wife, my baby, a mother I love you so much and I will always be here for you. I will miss you so much and I don't know what I will do without you. I'm so glad we got married and had kids. I will love you forever and ever and you will always be my angel. Have courage and be kind. I love you baby."
They turned her machine off and that was it she was gone. I was crying so much. The doctors said I had to go so I gave her a hug and kissed her and went to the waiting room. Everyone had gone home. I went home and everyone were sat there crying. I said, "She didn't make it." Everyone were crying harder. I went up to my room and got her favourite hoodie and cried into it.
I went round to her parent's house because they didn't know she passed. They let me in and I sat down. They asked how she was. I said, "She didn't make it." They cried and hugged me. I told my parents too. I went back home and went to my room. I posted this on Instagram:

I know most of you know that Y/N has been in hospital but today heaven gained another angel. This was the last picture I had of her and I will always love this photo. I will be taking a break from social media and will keep you updated. Dear y/n, my wife, my baby, the mother of our children, I love you ever so much and I will never stop loving you. The last words you said to e were the ones that have always inspired me 'have courage and be kind'. I will always look up to you and I will never stop loving you. I will take care of our family like you would've done. Love you baby rest in peace.

I never wanted to let go of her she was the only person who changed me. Lilly was crying and Charlotte was. I got them and brought them to my room. I said, "Now mummy has passed away and gone to heaven but don't worry. Daddy is going to try his best to take care of you and I will try my best just like mummy did. She told me to tell you to have courage and be kind." I put them to bed and went downstairs.
Everyone had one of her hoodies and had it in their hands praying. You watch and say, "Have courage and be kind." Everyone were looking at you and Addison held her arms out for you. I went over and she had the exact same hug as y/n. I said, "I can't bare it here without her, it's not the same."
I went to bed cuddling one of her hoodies that she loved.
