Third Person POV
3 weeks earlier
"Why did he call us both." Buttercup said driving the car quickly glances at Bubbles who was in the passenger seat.
"I don't know, I thought he told you." Bubbles looked confused. She stared at the window watching the little building move by. " Where did he tell us to meet him again?" Bubbles looked at her text messages for Buttercup's answer.
"Right there!" she yelled, Buttercup jumped a bit then glared at Bubbles when she stopped at a red light, "Turn there." Bubbles said more silently then before when she noticed Buttercup's glare
Buttercup listened and turned to the parking lot to a couple of different stores in front of them.
"Do you see Dexter's car anywhere?" Bubbles asked taking her seat belt off and looked behind her to check for any cars she'd recognize.
An expensive car rolled in and parked beside them, Buttercup then took off her seatbelt and got out of the car, Bubbles followed shortly. "why did you call us here?" Buttercup asked shielding the sun from her eyes.
"I have news for you guys and I'm going to need your ideas." He walked over to one of the buildings and both girls followed him, Bubbles then realized what store their in.
"You need help picking out jewelry?" Bubbles asked confused and right then Buttercup knew why they were there. "You want to propose!" She blurted out and Dexter nodded immediately. Bubbles squealed and went to hug him
Once she finished the hug and went serious, "I know exactly what you need to get her." she pulled him in the store and Buttercup just looked confused.
"Why did he think I was a good choice for this?" she mumbled and walked inside to see her sister and Dexter in the ring section.
"this is a nice one!"
"OHH! But this one is cute!"
"But then again she would look good in this one!"
Bubbles was bring her ideas all over the place, Buttercup just stood there and watch Bubbles work her magic,
"when are you going to propose?" Buttercup asked, "I was thinking about the party we are planning in 3 weeks."
Buttercup nodded her head, "Nice choice."

A FEW MINUTES BEFORE THE CALL

"should we tell her about the proposal?" bubbles thought looking at herself in the mirror seeing if her dress is really the choice for the party.
"I mean, when did he say he was going to propose?" Buttercup came out with her nice jumpsuit and scooted Bubbles over and messed her hair up.
"He said at the party." Bubbles replied throwing her dress on her bed and walking to her closet to check out other outfits.
Buttercup widened her eyes, "BUBBLES!" Buttercup screamed, "WHAT!" Bubbles screamed back poking her head out of the closet. "TODAY IS THE PARTY!" Bubbles mouth made a little circle and nodded, and she looked at Buttercup with horror.
Buttercup rushed to her purse and went to grab her phone, when she got it she quickly went to call Blossom. After a few rings Blossom picked up, "Hello?"
"HE'S GOING TO PROPOSE!"
