Blossom's POV
I wasn't in the best of moods since I wasn't able to spend time with Brick but with Dexter.
I promised him I would go out with him and here we are in a restaurant.
"So honey, how was your day?" I heard Dexter say.
I looked at him startled a bit since I didn't think there would be much conversation.
"Ohh today was fine. Just work. I have a trial I need to get into." I quickly said I looked back into the menu and just scanning around waiting for a waiter.
"Hello I'm Brick and I'll be taking your drinks."
I look up to see my lover. I mouthed 'you work here' he nodded
"I'll be taking a water." Dexter said and then looked at me
I smiled awkwardly. "I'll take water as well."
"Okay two waters. Will I be taking orders as well." His voice kept echoing in my head.
"I'm ready how about you love." Dexter smiled at me and in the corner of my eye I saw Brick glare.
"No im still looking." I smiled sweetly. "And while you excuse me I have to go to the bathroom." I saw as I look at Brick meaning to meet me their.
"Okay we're not ordering yet." Dexter finished and I left.
As I made it to the bathroom hallway to get out of Dexter's view Brick was right in front of me.
"You never told me you worked here." I quickly say. "I need to tell you my job." He questioned
I made a pouty face and crossed my arms. Brick just smiled and kissed me. I laughed
"Well now I know not to come her with Dexter again." I said
Brick smiled. "Ohh and by the way I saw the glare."
"Like I said I want you to my self."
I smiled and then frown. "I will break it off just give me time. I need to go now." I say as I walk away to my table.
I sit down and go back to the menu already knowing what I want.
Brick comes back
"Here is your water. Are you now ready to order." He asks
Dexter looks at me and I nod.
"I'll take a filet mignon with salad." Dexter says as he takes a sip of his water.
"And you miss." Brick said as he winks at me. "Ill take chicken with a salad." I said
He writes it down and walks away.
"Did you see him wink at you." Dexter comments
My eyes widened but I play it cool. "No why did he?"
"Never mind it's probably in my imagination." I sigh in relief
After Brick brings our food we eat and Dexter pays then we leave.
I look at Dexter in the car and then sigh.
Why can't I just say I want to break up? I think.
I drives up to my house
"Bye love see you later." I smile and give in a small kiss.
I walk into my house and change into my pajamas and get into my bed.
I get my phone and text Brick goodnight
And right immediately get a goodnight and I love you from him.
I smile and text I love you too back.
I close my phone and put it on the charger.
I smile of just the thought of Brick and quickly fall asleep.
I updated.
